Everything was great but unfortunately the room was on the 3rd floor and there was no lift. There was no lift to the 3rd floor, where our room was.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The location was excellent for me as a first time visitor. There is a lot of foot traffic nearby. Sometimes late in the evening there can be street noise. Not the hotel's fault. Just an observation.

Clean and furniture in good taste. Staff friendly and professional. Good location - center of Prague. Pillows were extremely soft and I found them personally not of my choice. It can get noisy on a summer Friday but still berrable.

There was no breakfast. There are two local brunch bars which were good but very full, and a new takeaway breakfast bar which was nice - if you don’t mind eating your breakfast on your feet. We gave their card to the hotel receptionist. We overlooked a lane at the back of the hotel so it should have been quiet but was extremely noisy one night in the small hours - lots of shouting. I guess it was just bad luck.

Prague golden age was gorgeous !! The host was so kind and friendly, she made me feel at home right away! Plus the wooden furnitures are truly stunning! You will love it Nothing!

Our room on the first floor by the reception desk was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for our 2 nights stay. We were able to drop off our luggages before check-in and explore the city. The front desk staff was kind, helpful, and efficient. The staff is also very quick to respond via chat on Booking.com. The location is perfect and great walking distance from many tourist destinations. We loved the lively morning market that opens up on the same street. The distance of the door of the bedroom and the bed was quite tight, so getting our luggages in was a little obstacle. The room also only had 1 tiny floor fan and no A/C. We unluckily came during the insane heatwave so it was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep in such hot and stuffy conditions. I wish more thought was put into this issue, as the heat was dangerous. Even though we opened the windows, there was no air circulation in our room and it wasn't ideal to sleep with it open as the noises outside could be loud, especially with the market and tourists.
