Wow Nothing

Very large room with balcony, but I think it was the only large one. Large kitchen and living room area too, and small, dirty bathrooms down the hall. Oven in the kitchen, and the sauna, and some of the electric outlets didn't work. Dirty with pigeons outside. Very loud fans outside too.

Location They have a strange policy where they don't know which person took which bed number; they just count the people in the room. I returned to the room to find that my bed had been stripped, and my charger and earplugs were gone. After reporting it to reception, I found out about this policy and got my charger back, but only that. Also, they don't make your bed; they just leave the bedding for you to make yourself, so I did 2 times, and they ask you to strip the bed and put the sheets in a cart before you leave. What terrible customer service. Pillows are extremely big you cannot sleep on them. They don't accept cards for payment and require a €10 cash deposit. It is so loud, even after midnight, especially from the floor above, actually from evrywhere, and there is nobody to enforce quiet hours. Sixteen beds in one room is simply too much. The lockers are made of metal and make a lot of noise when opening and closing. Also, make sure to bring a larger lock with you; no lock is provided, and if yours is small, you won't be able to use it because the gap between the door and the frame is too wide. They seem to clean the common areas only once a day, and a lot of irresponsible guests leave barthrooms very wet and dirty. Also from the room on the way to the toilet, on the left side there is like mysterious place closed with mattress and some person stays there snoring very strong and something is playing and diaturbing all the time. Although there is evrything you need I don't recommend this place as it lacks basic standards, especially the 16-bed mixed room.

perfect location there were several issues with our stay. Multiple people walked into our room during our visit, which made us feel uncomfortable and impacted our sense of privacy and security. One particularly concerning experience occurred at check-in when a staff member led us to the wrong room and then attempted to enter what appeared to be another guest’s occupied room to give it to us, in the middle of the night. This left us feeling uneasy about the property’s organization and security procedures. We were also required to pay in cash (Krona) rather than by card, which was inconvenient. The room was extremely stuffy with poor ventilation, making it difficult to sleep and leaving us feeling unwell. Additionally, the shared bathrooms were not kept to a satisfactory standard of cleanliness. While the location was excellent, these issues significantly affected our overall experience.

the bed was dirty and made my skin itch the moment i went in

I loved that it was so close to the center. I have the habit of going to the free concerts at the Capadlo summer terrace and it is in a walking distance which made it really convenient. It got a bit noisy at time when people left the windows open and people kept the light turned on at night sometimes which was annoying. I was also on the third floor... that's a lot of stairs.

Pillows were fantastic. Seriously I didn't expect it to be this nice for how cheap it was. It's perfect for solo backpackers. The location is excellent! I'll stay there again The wi-fi could have been better

Location The bathroom was unsuitable for the number of people staying there; it was too large, and the door lock was difficult to lock and unlock. There was a lack of cleanliness both in the surrounding area and in the bedroom. I have to climb several flights of stairs. There is no control over guests making noise. The hotel's locking system was faulty, requiring guests to keep three keys and pay a €10 deposit.

Location was perfect… The Room had a smoke smell and WiFi was slow and bathroom glass slide doors were little off.

The location is outstanding. 2 minute walk to the old town square. It’s an old historical building so of course the plumbing and electrical had to be figured out long after it was built. So the lighting barely works, the oven in our room was broken, there’s a hole in the bathroom and a bunch of plumbing equipment because there’s no where else to put it. But it wasn’t a big deal to us, we only stayed one night.

Location is great, right in the middle of the action. Just step down and out and you're right in the heart of Old Town. It's an old building so stairs and everything creaked. While I was there, the one and only shower we had on my floor could not be locked. I was there for a few days and on the first day I noticed that the lock was broken. I reported it to the front desk, but it never got fixed. I don't think anyone took a shower during the time that I stayed. Cleaning could be better as well. There are a lot of dust on surfaces on my floor.

The checkout was only after 8:30. That is too late.

The 4 bed female dorm on the courtyard side that I stayed in was absolutely silent! The bed must have been excellent because I didn't notice it - meaning I awoke with no back pain and I slept well ?. They are foam mattresses, ~4" thick. The toilet and shower are just outside the door and it's clean and everything works. I didn't take a shower so didn't notice if there was warm water, sorry. Best of all and to my astonishment, in addition to the main kitchen this dorm has its own full newish kitchen! Not complaining but for your info, there was salt, but no oil or any other food except what guests left behind. The knives were all dull. Some dishes had food dried on. Full size fridge, 4-burner induction stove. The sink faucet required man-handling to operate. The location is in the heart of the charming bustling cobblestone old town! The staff could have been more friendly, and helpful when I was looking for the luggage storage (which is on the balcony near the reception desk).

Location was great, just a few stops to old town. However, the street is so crowded after midnight with lots of noise. Shower was perfect and hot. Lack of attention by the staff. Both girls at the reception are not welcoming and friendly. Another negative point is that we booked a double room with shared bathroom, but they gave us a room with 4 beds as double room. This means less comfort and facilities. They will give you a room totally different with booking pics. Don’t believe the pics.
