I liked the room. It was really comfortable and big even for the one person. Everything was very clean and really quiet.

No shuttle, cleaning rag left in the room, no more take out breakfasts for early flights, mattress the hardest I have ever slept on

Clean, functional room with nice bathroom and ac. Also, well located at a short drive to the international airport. Rather limited for dinner options as no restaurant on site and only a few a short to medium walk away.

Clean and close to airport. Nice breakfast. Very reasonable cost for lodging. Originally, it was advertised as having a desk person on duty 24/7. Only, after payment we were told that there was a separate code from car park to lobby to room and no desk person. Nevertheless, everything went well; but should have been honest about no desk person before payment.

Noisy neighbors chatting with their doors open. Also a huge factor in us booking this hotel was having a shuttle to the airport. We only found out once we were here that there isn’t one anymore, which conflicted with the information we saw online.

The hotel was clean and itself met expectations. I have stayed at this property several times previously. The problem with this stay is the hotel has now gone to a "non-staffed" model whereby you receive a code you must use to enter the property and your room. The problem with this format is there is no way to contact anyone if you need anything. We had difficulties using the electronic combination lock on our room door. Thank goodness a maintenance person happened to be walking down the hall and I was able to get him to fix the problem. We also ran out of soap for the shower but there is no one to contact to obtain more. Lastly, the room supposedly had 2 bottles of water everyday but after the first day these weren't stocked by the housekeepers. When discovered, the housekeepers were already off and away from the property; again no one is present to rectify the situation.

Truly nothing , only that it is close to the airport The mattress what broken in my room, it must be fixed. I couldn’t sleep all night!!!

Fairly clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff-less model was unusual but fine. Overpriced. No shuttle to the airport despite being referenced in the FAQ, I guess I missed the fine print. Tried to cancel but nobody at Booking picked up the phone.

Nice. Comfortable, clean. Modern facilities. We were delighted with our stay. Breakfast was okay, the basic package Check in is very late - at 4pm. It’s already dark by 4pm in the end of December, and you cannot leave your luggage by the reception because of the automatic door system. So you would have to wait until 4pm to check in and then go in the dark, or take your heavy luggage with you to go around the city. If they would add a storage room, it would be a 10.

Breakfast is still terrible. Some items are old… we were promised to go breakfast as we left early in the last day, dude at the reception told us quite rude that is not an option, and coffee machine opens at 7

Worst experience ever. I booked the hotel month ahead. Couple days before check in, they told me they are changing their check in policy, and it has to be done all online. They kept sending me emails that I didn't pay for the stay, in order to be able to check in online I have to pay. Which I already did a month ago. I tried to message, email them and explain that I have receipt that I paid. After that they sent me bunch of wrong links for online check in. I wasnt able to do online check in. So I finally called them, they send me another. I asked for early check in, they said not available. I asked for at least drop of my bags... They said, they can't do that! Worst service ever! I had to book another hotel, and cancel this one! I do not recommend to anyone this hotel!
