On the edge of Prague’s 6th district, Sporthostel Scandinavia offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. A small gym and a climbing wall are provided for an additional charge. Each room comes with a fridge. A bathroom with a shower is standard in all rooms. Guests can sample Czech and international cuisine at the on-site restaurant. Massages are provided upon request. The center of the city can be reached within 20 minutes either by direct train or by bus. Train station Praha - Ruzyne is 55 yards away and bus station Stare Namesti is 100 yards away. The airport is 2.5 miles away.

The process was simple, you get what you paid for. Fast check in, flexible time for it. Thin walls - always a lottery what neighbours you will get. I didn't get any information upfront about what facilities are available, such as where the kitchen is or any other room. The area seemed nice but I couldn't figure out if I could spectate at least the sports that were happening there. Other awkward decisions in the room weren't an issue for me but they might for others, like the wrong faucet in the bathroom etc.

Grat staff! Amazing receptionist! I needed it to quickly get to the airport in the morning and it worked greatly for that, at an extremly cheap price! I paid less then 1/4th of what I would need to.pay to stay in the city or at the airport hotel. The room wasnt that great, it did its job, but the walls were bit smelly and the beds were not in a great condition. Which is to be ezpected from a sport base. Still a great value for money.

alert ... it's not a hotel it's a big scam ... the worst experience i ever had in a hostel or hotel, the stuff rude with no english understanding, old facility, decent room, bed was very thin hard mattress, no heating with 2 degrees in the night, after complaining she said no heating after march even if it's cold, and no extra covers she said that this is a hostel !!! no soap or towel, no dark curtains, smell of humidity in the room, lastly you can't rely on buses to go to airport because you have take two buses and risky especially at early morning, the hotel is in an empty area no shops close or restaurant or any thing, the stuff is only one rude person in a reception that works only during the day, a dirty small kitchen in the hotel overall, if you go to this scam , accept to finish your beautiful stay in prague by anger ?

Not far from the airport (10 minutes), no shops nearby. Clean, lovely staff, there is a washing machine. The bed/bedding doesn't smell good.

Room heating was perfect, people at reception were also noce, they had a small pantry which was really a help. Cupboard in the entry area of the room which I think not only inconvenient but also a security hazard. Map doesn't really point it to correct location, not enough signage or board to specify the location.

Heating, location and space. Smelly washroom, no cleanliness in the room. There was not even handwash in the washroom which is a necessity.
