Nice capsules, you can also stand inside them, hostel is not loud, and staff is really helpfull and kind

The room was nice.

Very good , and good stuffs , and good service If they had air conditioners in the rooms, it would become number one in Prague in terms of both price and location.

The staff was great and friendly. They helped me to the full extent with my issues related to the pod and refunded me one night's stay too. The location is the biggest asset and additionally the hostel is well connected with buses, trams and metros. I think that they should tell beforehand that private pods might not be for everyone as some people like me are claustrophobic and can't be sleeping in a pod which looks like a coffin to be honest.

The receptionist didn't explain how the pod works. I checked in late at night, exhausted, and had no idea there was a ventilator inside — I only found out the next morning, after a pretty uncomfortable night. (It was quite hot!)

Loved it, the staff, the place, the privacy It was a bit warm in the room, but not the hostel fault, it was just a warm day

The staff was so kind to me. They always tried to be helpful. Also the location was good. The room was clean. I realllly felt disgusted about the bath. They have just one shower for maybe 15-20 person who is staying in the pods. It was so dirty. The room has a ventilation yes but it gives nothing and to noisy. I felt claustrophobic in there cause of the bad ventilation. I know wheather was hot for this month in Prague but I sleep and lived in there for just a one night to hard.

In the pods you could hear everything at all times and climbing into the bed was really uncomfortable.

The bedding, kitchen, common room were all excellent There was nothing I didn’t like

There was nice bedding and pillow for the cubicle. Very quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and useful. common area was large and had lots of electrical outlets. The cubicle was fine for the size of the bed, but it was way to small in the area of storage and sitting area. also there could have been a hook or two to hand towels or jackets. The space behind to locked door, but outside the bed was miserable.

the bar / lobby area was comfortable and nice. good drinks too.

There is no common kitchen. I think it would be nice to provide one.

I got a bunk cell so it was an interesting concept of hostel accommodation with total privacy and if you're not claustrophobic, even better. If a bit creative and organized, since there's a little space for luggage, you'll do just fine. One bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate shower is inconvenient when there's more people but, again, it is ok if you're organized and quick. The staff is pleasant and helpful, breakfast is tasty, the location is about 10 minutes from the center and bus/train station. What I enjoyed the most was the spa at the hotel across the street ☺️. If coming earlier, you can leave your luggage here and go out enjoying the city. Everything was ok

Capsules were not like in the pictures. They could have been bigger and spacious. I wouldn't prefer if knew it beforehand even though I have no big issues with small places. Second thing is that I stayed 3 nights and they didn't change the bedsheets.

A good place in the center of Prague, with skilled and caring stuff, very comfortable bed, small but well equipped kitchen and very high ceilings. Seriously, the ceiling was about four meter high, so there's almost unlimited space at the top bunk bed. The location is close to perfect with lots of transport hubs and the historical part at a walking distance. It is the center of a big city, so there's still transport noise until late night. Come prepared.

I stayed in a four-bed female dormitory, which was clean and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking equipment. If you are staying with a group of friends and looking for an affordable, clean place that's accessible to the tram and the city center, Sophie's Hotel is a great option. The staff is also very friendly. None.

The location was really good it was a 15min walk to the center and just a straight road, very easy to find. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice and very clean and there were big lockers under the bed for your stuff it easily fit my huge backpack. Also they let me keep my luggage in a luggage room until evening on my day departure which was very nice. The receptionists were super friendly! The room was VERY smelly but i think it was another person there not the room itself I had the top bunk and the first step of the ladder is very high so climbing down i kept thinking there would be another step before the floor and fell and hurt myself. Not a big deal but be aware and don't fall :)

Very nice and helpful staff, convenient location, and clean rooms. Great value.

Stayed at 8 people bedroom with friends (we were 4 girls). The room, bedsheets and bathrooms were clean. Staff was very helpful and overall amazing. Absolutely recommend the hostel!
