The room was nice, beds were comfortable. The green measures were appreciated. Secure parking garage at the property was convenient. The air conditioning was rather ineffective - would have been nice had it worked, given the high temperatures outside. Woke up hot and sweaty. Otherwise, the room was nice.

Comfortable beds, though the sofa bed is pretty hard. Lots of choices at breakfast but quite crowded everyday. A good 25 min walk into the center; subway and tram lines are a block away but uber is pretty cheap. Good restaurants nearby. Gym. AC worked very well even on hot days. The swimming pool was too cold even on a hot day. Very disappointed about that because the pool is a good size and a major reason we booked this hotel. Front desk service at night was not helpful, which was stressful at the end of a long travel day when we tried to check in.
