I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was tidy, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful, and they even allowed us to check in early. The location was convenient, just 3 min walk to underground and tram stations. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, everything was well organized, and I really appreciated the excellent service. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again! Nah

The location is great. Close to public transportation and if you feel like walking to the centre, it’s also possible.

The hotel is located on a very noisy street with heavy traffic. Parking is available at a public lot away from the hotel, where it is difficult to find a spot. The breakfast had a rather limited selection of food.

The matress was comfortable. The staff I order a single room, they put me in a small attic room. When I arrived, the bathroom wasn't clean and had a foul smell. I mentioned it to the sweet girl at reception, and she sent someone to clean it right away. It was clean when I got back — but the smell never really went away for the rest of my stay. I suspect something is clogged in the drainage, because the shower water wouldn't drain either, so I ended up showering while standing in a puddle. Every morning I woke up around 5:30 to a sound like a street alarm — I couldn't tell where it was coming from. The hotel is in the middle of a construction area and inside it is quite neglacted : stained carpets, pictures with broken glass edges, the soap bottle seemes to has been used million times, and an elevator that's clearly overdue for cleaning. The room felt like a military dormitory — to open the window you needed a stick, and to reach the window with the stick you had to climb onto a wooden block. The view from my room was of a rooftop covered in antennas. Inside, there were two soft yellow lights plus one harsh central fluorescent light.
