An older hotel that is clean, comfortable and convenient. The breakfast is very nice. The staff are friendly. I will definitely stay with them again.

Nice size rooms, had the necessary things needed in the room. Daily cleaning of the room with new towels, glasses etc. which was lovely. 10/10 location to city centre, lots of shops and markets very close as well.

The breakfast is above the average. The staff is generally kind. The room is enough for 3 people. They give you a password to enter your room with the room keys. You can enter the password and no need to carry room cards everywhere. The tap water is very good and easy to drink. The location is very good. You can access tram, metro and buses by walking only 2-3 minutes from the hotel. The elevator stops between the floors. When you come with luggage, it is hard to carry on to your room. You have to go down to the elevator. Then go to your floor and then go down to your floor and find your room. When you finish the bath and want to go out the bath, you have to be very careful because the bath is high and when you go out wet, you can slip and hurt yourself. So be very careful.

One thing that could definitely be improved is paying more attention to the number of guests in the room. We booked the room for three adults, yet housekeeping consistently left only one/two coffees or tea instead of enough for all three guests. It was a small detail, but one that made a noticeable difference to our stay.
