Location 10/10, pretty close to metro and National Museum. The AC machine was very noisy, needs maintenance, plus the remote control batteries were almost empty, so it was difficult to configure the device. Anyways I really appreciate it the fact that they have it, because outside was like hell, so at leaat we manage to sleep comfortable.

We loved pretty much everything. From first arriving the lady at reception was super friendly and gave us great recommendations on things to do in Prague and how to do them. Then the room and stay was nice, it is a cozy space so don't expect a big apartment or anything but we enjoyed the cozy aspect. It was all clean and the skylights were really nice. Plus it was pretty close to everything. Like a 10min walk to the museum to which you could walk straight down and get to most of the main city. The only thing was the elevator was a bit old and very small. But not a huge deal, still really enjoyed our stay and used it without problems

I booked this admittedly relatively soon before my stay (about 2 months), but even still the price was ridiculous for what you get. The room was somewhat clean but we found used chewing gum stuck behind the bedframe. It was also generally just an uncomfortable experience, considering the aircon (which was the reason why I booked the room) barely worked. It felt more like a light fan and I woke up sweating each morning. I also still have bruises from the shower head, which wouldn't stay in place for more than a minute and kept painfully falling on my arm. Not awful overall, but I definitely wouldn't recommend

The check-in process out of reception hours is easy enough, as long as you read their instructions carefully. There is a convenience store across the street. Close enough to the center if you enjoy walking. The air-conditioning is very old and does not cool the room enough especially if it's very hot. They warn the guests to keep the temperature at 22C and not any lower.

- the accomodation was near the old town - the room was clean (room 13) - the bed was comfortable - there was instant hot water, the shower was spacious, the shower doors were in great condition - you have a small fridge, a hair drier and an electric kettle - you have an elevator though it is quite slow - you have a Toshiba AC, old but still working - there was a mix-up at check-in with our room, but the staff was professional and gave us the room we paid for - even though the hotel is old, it's much appreciated that it was clean and well maintained - the walls could use a touch of white paint - at 2AM and 4AM the alarm started for no reason, waking everyone up - the wood from the bathroom door is peeled, if you don't pay attention you can scratch yourself - you have to make an online check-in with alfredo app before you go to the accomodation. This process is tedious and not safe considering the recent data breaches that occurred. Give the customer the option to choose between doing check-in online or at the reception. - you have two options: a room with two single beds or a room with a large double bed. Unfortunately the large double bed means two beds next to each other. If you sleep in the middle, you fall through the crack, you end up in Narnia. Don't say I didn't warned you. Jokes aside, a large bed should be that, a large bed (160cm / 200cm at least), you don't stick two small beds together. If you prefer that way, check-in here.
