The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was very spacious and cleaned to a high standard. And the location was absolutely perfect. I will Definitely be back here!

Bed and pillows very comfortable, location is great, very clean Wifi connection terrible, breakfast was chaotic with little choice, window/door broken could not close, no remote control in room for the first few hours.

Location is fine. The staff are not helpful or friendly. We had problems with parking the car but they never helped to fund a convenient spot except for mentioning the name of a parking lot. The room was strange. The washbasin is in the room. Not attached with the bathroom or the toilet. Actually there is not a bathroom as well. There’s just a shower and a toilet as a separate u it and the sink in the middle of the room. It is also too small to put anything around, even the cattle and coffee machines are on bedside tables. It was a bad experience regarding to what a 5-star hotel must provide.

Location and friendly staff. Not enough body wash. The small bottle labelled as shampoo is not shampoo - it’s the same body wash.

I liked the quiet atmosphere. The location was excellent, with many restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops within walking distance, making everything very convenient. The only downside was that there was a noticeable garbage smell around the area, which was unpleasant at times.
