Great breakfast buffet Location was not the quietest

Room had an enormous wardrobe, big comfy bathtub, sink for two people, AC was working perfectly, I loved it all. Breakfasts are FENOMENAL too, you should definitely get them. As well as pool & sauna access, it's really refreshing to attend them daily and relax. Also, restaurant inside had really good food and gave us big portions. Don't be disencouraged to try it if you don't see people eating at the moment. Nothing really. I think it was the best stay I've ever booked :)

I liked the swimming pool , pretty piano time in lobby and friendly staff in reception , mike, svetalana from breakfast and Eliana. I didnt like misleading advertisment that this is wellness hotel while wellness center is independant snd you need to pay 10 euro for it . Also it is like 25 min by metro to downtown

All were very nice people , professional staff, high level of hospitality. Martina was more professional and helping everyone with soft smile.

The restaurant was not a good experience. I would not return to dine. They don’t listen to simple requests. Plus, I have a gluten allergy and even though I ordered an entree marked as gluten free, I got sick. In two weeks of traveling through 4 countries in Europe, it’s the only place that glutened me.

Hidden fee, shows the pool in the advertising but small print says you gotta pay 10Euro pp for 2hrs in the pool

The room was right above commercial roofs. And kitchen. How the cooking? Smells, we're going to the room. I'm not having a Siri view as advertised.

Good stay overall

A bad experience for me and my family, bad treatment from reception, dishonesty, and paying extra money for my two-and-a-half-year-old daughter a full ticket to enter the swimming pool with us for 28 euros, even though I explained to the reception that I needed two tickets for adults only and did not want a ticket for the child. When I went to complain to him, he said the money is non-refundable and if I wanted to make a complaint, I should do it on booking. The hotel's location is not easy to access by public transport and is far from the city center. The room service is very bad, they only took the trash basket and did not change the dirty sheets or even the unclean mugs, they left them. There were no drinks, tissues, or bathroom amenities provided for the second day...

The pool was especially good to spend time in during hot summer days. Welcoming and friendly staff. Tasty food. Child was happy too. Location is quite far from both - downtown and international airport. Worth to take into consideration while planning the trip.
