Great location. I came for a concert at the nearby O2 Uniwersum and it was just a few minutes walk from there. 20 minutes walk from train stadion is also nice. Room was clean and tidy. Good for one night. The staff are stones. No hello, no goodbye. I only got information about which floor and that's it. Not one another word. Not a single smile, even out of politeness. They probably don't even speak English, so communicating will be difficult. Luckily the place itself is easy, so you'll manage without their questionable service. For this price I can't even demand a 'hello' ? Do I have to pay extra? The beds were very hard and they had damaged headboards.

The room looked clean. It had a fridge. If you need very basic accommodation, just a basic overnight stay, safe and clean, this is sufficient. This is a hostel really, not a hotel. Very basic rooms, equipped with a lot of improvisation. No air conditioning, no desk, no parking lot, at a rather noisy street due to tram traffic. The receptionist is friendly but speaks hardly any Czech or English. The receptionist told me my room was "a great one, refurbished lately unlike some other rooms". Well, I wonder what the other rooms look like then. Walking in the corridors is unsafe due to unmarked steps at unexpected places. Some signs of a rough behaviour, e.g. broken mirror on the lift.

Very clean room. Very friendly staff. Aleta kept our luggage for several hours free of charge after we checked out. That helped us a lot! People were smoking outside , and it was very unpleasant.

24/7 front desk Your neighbours key works on your hotel room also. 4 big ukrainian man and an old frontdesk lady came bashing in to our room at 4.30 A.M and woke us all. Other than that a basic hotel. No chairs.

The only positive thing was the location near O2 arena The room was dirty and there was niether any soap or schampoo in the bathroom. The beds were not comfortable since it only was a matress on the floor. The staff false accused me that I had brought a girl to the room without permission when I asked if they had found my lost shirt after the visit.
