During my stay, it was my birthday, and the hotel made it extra special by wishing me a happy birthday and suprising me with a box of chocolates. It was a thoughtful gesture and I really appreciate their kindness. Thank you!!!

The property is beautiful. The rooms are elegant and beautiful and clean. Everyone there is extremely nice. You cannot go wrong staying here.

The hotel is very nice. Situated next to Kafka rotating head in the city center and yet the rooms are quite. We spent 3 nights and slept very well on closed windows in May. The airconditionning is quite as well and so good that within the summer I suppose guest won't have any issues sleeping while using it. Perfect hotel fir city exploring.

Staff was attentive and tried to be helpful. I'm not the type of person to complain. But WTF.? No hot water upon arrival. Heating/AC did not work. Could not move us to another room as the wifi was not working in the only room unoccupied. Everything was eventually fixed.

The hotel was an exceptionally good experience in every respect: the staff were friendly and competent, the breakfast was super good, the location was extremely convenient for shopping, restaurants, or public transport, and the room was amazing. I can't recommend this location enough. There are a couple of bars nearby (notable a dutch bar and an irish pub) and occasionally there were very loud and drunken people who'd come by and yell well into the night. It's minor and nothing the hotel can actually do anything about, but just so you know.

Great location, and walkable to city center. Courteous front desk and staff. Clean and spacious room Breakfast was very nice with a wide that included hot breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, bacon,sausages, pastries etc. We thought the breakfast could be a little better

Great location!

Excellent location, very central. Loved being able to walk around I didn’t have hot water one day and the master switch for the lights/room malfunctioned so all the lights were on in the middle of the night- even without the key card in. I didn’t have the energy to tell management as it was 1am so I slept with a pillow on my face

Room cleaning was very poor. Waste basket was left on the chair, the shower drain cap was not put back after cleaning, the toilet was not cleaned properly
