This was the best smelling hotel ive ever been in! I wish I asked what the candle or incense was. The pool was lovely. The room was great too...only the aircon was a little noisy and when we opened the window in the morning there was a lot of noise outside. The restaurant and staff were great, the chandeliers were stunning too, a must to go and see. If we opened the window in the morning there was a lot of noise outside.

The location is great with plenty of restaurants, bars and public transport nearby. The breakfast was great - large selection buffet, with meats, cheeses, breads, eggs, cereal, fruits and vegetables, etc. There's also an a la carte menu, but we didn't try it - the buffet was simply perfect.

Amazing location. Sauna. Room 307. No black out curtains. No sound isolated windows. The door is not closing tight. In the night you get the light from the corridor which runs all night into your eyes in bed.

If you were interested in a unique experience with lots of gold leaf and beautiful furnishings, this is a place to stay. The spa area is amazing because it is in the storage basement of a 500 year old Manor home. It's rare when you don't have any advice to get to the hotel to make it better. From the moment we arrived, the personal service at check-in, to the amazing breakfast, to the very personalized, friendly service. It was truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I have traveled a lot.

This is a fabulous property, located on a quiet street, adjacent to the US Embassy. The excellent service starts curbside, and they continue to wow you throughout the "greeting process" with a detailed property overview and the elegant old-world interiors. Clearly, the staff are well-trained and execute with a friendly professionalism and pride in their work. I rate this property as exceptional and would stay there again, and again. Everything was great.

Great facilities, the spa was relaxing and not too busy. All around beautiful interiors in the hotel. Lovely place! During our stay it was unclear when and if the staff could make cocktails even after 4 pm. The restaurant staff were understaffed and the dinner service occasionally suffered because of it.
