Excellent location, staff are friendly and speak English well. No evening restaurant but close to some excellent independent venues. Sadly the internet strength in our room on the second floor was very poor - the same as our first visit.

The location is excellent The room did not have an iron, the breakfast ran out of bacon quite early. We got there at 9:15 and it was finished and not replenished again.

Amazing location at the end of Charles Bridge. Fabulous spacious room with a large bathroom with huge tub with river view. Lovely inside garden and treed park outside the front door with very good restaurants close by. We could walk everywhere in the city from this location. Wonderful staff who gave great recommendations and arranged for our cab back to the airport.

Location, location, location!!!! So close to whatever we wanted to do! Nice to have bfast included. The pillows were a bit stiff...rooms could use a refresh. Breakfast could have used more fresh fruit.

Just stay here! It was a very short walk from to the Charles Bridge and all the sites of Prague. It was nice and quiet, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety. Nice clean area, and we got brunch every day as well, which was a nice addition, it was close by where we were seeing the sites so we came back both days to have a coffee and snack. Only small negative is we kept getting a few small ants in our bathroom from time to time, but nothing you could really do about that! WE LOVE this place!

Occasionally the Wifi would drop; however, it was reliable most of the time. I wish the hotel would offer a car service to and from the airport.

The location was perfect, right beside the Charles Bridge but in the “Lesser Town” side of the river which is a bit quieter, but equally as charming and magical as the Old Town side. Everything was 100% walkable. Would definitely stay here again! Everything was great!
