The elegant Art Nouveau architecture and beautiful furnishings made this hotel truly special. Our room was very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is also excellent, with easy access to both the train station and the main tourist attractions. Above all, what impressed me most was the wonderful staff. Every member of the team was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. The service was also outstanding — used plates were cleared promptly, and coffee or tea was always brought to us quickly. These small touches made breakfast even more enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague. As an added bonus, the café on the ground floor has a wonderful sense of history, with signatures of many famous guests displayed on the walls. The cakes were delicious too! A beautiful hotel with excellent service, great food, and a perfect location. Highly recommended!

Wonderful and hospitable staff, fantastic location, fabulous breakfast buffet, quite luxurious. Very dull lighting in the rooms. I understand the need to capture a feeling of historic elegance, but that shouldn’t translate to dull lighting in the rooms. I’m going out on a limb here but I’ll say it - the hotel is definitely haunted but not in a bad way.

The suite was wonderful and so were the beds. The service by the reception and concierge were excellent. The location is not great for walking. The food at the rooftop bar was only okay.

The breakfast variety was great and tastefull. We really like the detox juice. The beds are comfy. Coffee/tea facilities and mini bar in the bedroom, marble bathroom well equipped . Great restaurant near by, Tiskarna. This surely shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel. The lobby is full of plastic flowers, room was small and crampy. I really don't know how they got 5 stars if only one looks at the size of our bedroom, not the rest. So small room had a working desk, chair, huge armchair, another large cabinet with a mini bar, desk for one laguagge. Too many things in a small bedroom doesn't leave any space to move around. The two different size pillows didn't match our needs. No real sunblock curtains. Not soundproof at all, we heard the traffic from the outside and also noise from the corridor so if you are light sleeper concider this. Above all the staff at the reception should be with better attiitude and perhaps a smile. They didn't seem to like our leaving the room key at the reception when we were sightseeing during the day. Generally we didn't find Check people to be either helpful or polite. It's a pitty because this is such a nice town. Not at all a great location as stated. We used taxi so if you don't prefer much walking get one nearer to the historical part. As far as I could see this hotel is booked by large group of tourists so you can expect too many people at the breakfast which might be noisy in the morning.

The hotel is magnificent, the staff is amazing, the breakfast is excellent (includes omelet station, the scramble eggs, orange juice, coffe, milk, yogurt, pastries, beans, different kind of cheese, etc.. Everything was perfect, the hotel is very clean, our room was very comfortable, we will stay here again without a doubt. Nothing, everything was great.

Large clean room (booked executive type), large bathroom with bath tab and walk in shower. Large comfortable bed (probably too large). Separate room for the toilet but without bidet. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location very near the historic center with many attractions and restaurants nearby. The room was facing the back of the hotel and it was quiet but there was no nice view. The fact that they asked to charge us for about 10 EUR if we would stay for an hour after check out time.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff we professional, polite, and a pleasure to interact with. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The room was more than we anticipated. I could not think of a single thing that could benefit from improvement.
