The room was large and comfortable, I wasn't sure whether I would have a bath and not only did I have a bath, it was big enough for me to lay in without bending my knees. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the coffee available in the room was excellent. I'm very happy and would love to return

Great Location Modern, Clean, Comfy, Helpful & Accommodating Staff. Lovely spacious room on 5th floor. Had skylight windows, watching the night aky through these in bed was special.

- The air conditioning was working perfectly; - Great breakfast with variety and quality - good quality Decaf coffee available - 1 minute walk from Metro or Tram stop - Room and bathroom size are good - Good quality coffee machine capsules in the room daily provided - The receptionist was very kind and professional - Spot on clean - The bed was sufficiently comfortable but too soft for my taste. Same for pillows - Breakfast staff is kind and professional but Communication in English was a bit challenging. Some more smiles would not harm
