EA Hotel Jelení dvůr Prague Castle

In general I liked and I would recommend... ^_^

milý personál, poloha blízko k hradu a veřejné dopravě, snídaně ok první jsme dostali neuklizený pokoj, když jsme dostali nový "uklizený" tak to sice vypadalo na oko, ale našli jsme v posteli ještě něčí vlasy. Televize nefungovala. Dostali jsme také pokoj bez klimatizace, ale pokud je hotel ve staré budově tak se s tím musí počítat, jiné pokoje měli jen přenosnou klimatizaci, které ale zase dělá velký hluk, takže se s ní nedá spát.

Everything was pretty fine, nothing to say specifically. It was just it should be, when you do not think about what is good and what is bad. Maybe the only thing that I really missed was a bedside table. It is nice to put the phone somewhere nearby, but not on the bed. It was also strange that the restaurant (for breakfast) was not reachable by stairs (one should use the elevator). However, these are rather minor things.

I had a queen bed room 103 facing a busy street with trams etc.. Slept ok though. Perhaps didnt have luck for a good room but the lighting was weird - no bed side lamps and sockets to charge devices by the bed. The only lights were two small ceiling ones above the window furthest from the bed (the light switch was above the head but couldn't see a darn thing anyway). TV not working (not a priority). Water bottle offered for a fee but no glass, even in the bathroom to place a toothbrush in. Bathroom was big and had a heated floor which was nice while the radiators in the room were low even at the max level. Receptionists didn't understand when I asked for a glass for the bathroom :( and seemed not customer service trained or oriented. For me, not worth what I paid for. Too bad, great location otherwise. Hope someone else had a better stay!

Room is big Close by the road, quite noisy; Facilities are old and no holder for a shower; Cannot find a plug next to the bed.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Hotel stuff is perfect, that's was a big pleasure to stay. Rooms are clean and cozy Bathroom shower wasn't clean and I'm not sure if it ever was washed. I assume my room stayed to long, therefore a part of the room was covered in web and I were hunting on baby spiders

Location. It’s one team stop (or just walking) from the castle , and the same tram brings you downtown in 10 min. The bed was squeezed in a den that was exactly as wide as the bed, so one has to climb into the bed from the feet side, and there were no night lights, nightstands or even power outlets near the bed. If you want tee of coffee you have to rent a kettle for $15 a day They had a full size tub, which was nice, but the stopper did not work.

Exceptional

Quiet and tidy, breakfast sufficient. Location not in the centre but a nice walking distance for a fit person. A park close by was nice for a morning run. The bathroom floor drain was a bit smelly and the toilet brush was broken.

Clean. Fan wasn’t working. Stuff a bit rude.

The staff was friendly and helpful. All of them speak good English. The location of the hotel is excellent, easy to be reached by car. The trams going to the downtown stopped just in from of the hotel. The room was clean, furniture was OK, the bed was also good. The breakfast was excellent. Breakfast was a buffet style with large choice. The pillows in the bed were too big, impossible to use them as designed. No way to put your head on them while sleeping.

Was good we choose this location is perfect. Breakfast IS Nice , I love Salad and was Nice option for man and women. Nice view from the Room. Room are clean. Reception shoud be more smooth. He was new I Guess take too much tíme to do check in. Hotel is old but Still Nice only sometimes I feel old smell. The wall downstairs in the restaurant shoud be fixed. Bed is comgortable. For short stay is cool.

The accommodation was great, close to Prague Castle, great staff. There is a tram stop right next to the hotel. About 5 minutes to 10 walks is Prague Castle The price of breakfast is 10€ which is high.
