The decor was amazing great location for castle friendly staff Repairs to road and pavements meant awkward access but once done won't be issue

It was beautifully decorated. Our suite was spacious and quiet. Loved the beautiful ceiling! The bed was super big and so very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was a lovely spread, we got a little bit of everything and it kept us going for many hours. We found parking just a minute up the street, which was really good. The location was fantastic - we had a wonderful view of the castle as well as a bit of the city. It’s just a 15-20 minute walk to the Charles Bridge. We enjoyed wandering the different streets and weren’t in any rush. All was good.

An absolutely beautiful old building, we had a great time admiring all the artwork and embellishments around the property. The staff were kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent for a number of local attractions, and public transport was nearby when we wanted to explore other sections of the city.

Excellent hotel in a wonderful location, right in the historical center and close to Prague Castle. The interior is beautifully decorated with a charming historical style, creating a great atmosphere throughout the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessary accessories, with a stunning historical painting on the ceiling above the bed and beautiful tinted glass windows featuring historical figures. The bathroom was clean, stylish, and well maintained. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable stay.

This is a heritage property with old world charm. Our suite was massive, and we loved the painted ceiling and beautiful artwork. The breakfast room whilst small had everything we needed. The property is within walking distance to all the major attractions and being so close to the castle was an extra bonus. The property also has a lovely front room where you can relax to wait for a late flight pickup. The mattress was on the firm side so may not suit everyone.

Just a beautiful traditional building. Gorgeous stained glass windows Prosecco on arrival Very friendly helpful staff. Huge room. My only complaint is I needed longer there ! Perhaps offer decaff coffee or tea at breakfast a very very minor thing though

Great location, close to Prazsky Hrad, Strahov Monastery (beer lovers must go there, One Last Beer is impossibleto compare to any other beer), Petrin Tower and Old Town Square. Few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is a piece of art, with charming staircases, stein glass windows, beautiful paintings on the walls. Special thank you to welcoming and supporting staff, accommodating all your needs. Nothing really to say.

This is a lovely small hotel close to Prague Castle. Our room was very big and full of original features that made it different from any other hotel I have stayed in. The staff all very friendly and professional and the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again. Only thing to mention is the hotel is up quite a steep hill so potential guests who cannot cope with this would need to book a taxi to return each day after a busy day seeing Prague’s amazing sights.

Location is exceptional, staff was pretty nice and professional. Didn't really have a nice room pick compared to pictures. Not a big deal but a bit disappointed.

The hotel was excellent. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and friendly.and couldn't do enough for us. Up quite a hill next to the castle but compensated by great views nearby.

Location Staff Breakfast The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. No attention to detail as one would expect from a 4* hotel. The coffee/tea-making facilities were a bit dismal for a ‘Superior’ room. The non-matching teaspoons have never met dish soap. The cups were put back badly washed (in the bathroom sink, one presumes).
