Location is top. Room was ok, although nothing fancy, small bathroom. Decent breakfast. Smiling person at the reception. If you're not expecting anything extraordinary and want to be right in the center of everything - this is your spot.

The location was great, very central. Still, it was not noisy in the room where I stayed. The staff was very helpful. The room was equipped with everything we needed. I was happy that we could get a room with two separate beds.

Location was perfect AC did not work properly and there was very hot (38 an 41 degrees) outside. It wasn't pleasent in these days. Also some bugs around the room and bathroom

I had a great experience with the staff who really worked to make our stay memorable. My son and I arrived in Prague at 10am by sleeper train and I had asked the hotel to allow us to drop off our bags until we could take the room at 2pm, however when we arrived the reception staff and cleaners had prepared us a room overlooking the gardens and could occupy immediately which was absolutely brilliant. Breakfast on the terrace is so peaceful and the restaurant staff are lovely. Will definitely stay again. Sadly we were informed that the pool is out of use until it is renovated and there are some very minor repairs needed if you have a super critical or technical eye (I am a surveyor), but it is a beautiful historic building with excellent rooms and maintained in A1 standard by a keen staff. It will be even better once the swimming pool is re-opened. I'd recommend it for couples and families who like more independent holiday accommodation and are not expecting to be waited on hand and foot by hotel staff.

The location is perfect, exactly in city center, but keep in mind cars cannot drive to the front of the buidling, so if you're carrying big or heavy luggage it might be a bit challenging. The bed was so comfortable, everything looked very clean. The room had a kitchenette, I didn't use it but happy to see it was there. The only staff member I saw was very kind. I would definitely stay at this hotel again! The shower had a glass pannel that would not stay in place, so it kept getting in the way while I was showering. Probably an easy fix though.

Izba výborná, skvelý a ochotný presonál na recepcii. Najväčšou devízou je skvelá lokalita priamo na Václavskom námestí. Jedinou chybičkou bolo - nedal sa nastaviť televízor na izbe. Že sa nedal nastaviť televízor a tak sme večer nemohli pozerať. No nevadí - aspon som sa vyspal.
