The lady at the reception was really nice. The property has a strong stench of sewage permeating most of it but especially the basement, where the breakfast is served. The bedsheets had a weird smell.

It’s very close to everything you need to see, everything except carpets seemed clean Breakfast shouldn’t look like that in a 4 star hotel. Some things were clearly not fresh and are used few days in a row, carpets should be changed or cleaned properly, they had a weird scent

Renovated bathroom; comfortable bed, kettle in the room plus coffee and tea Very noisy - the windows are not sound proof and the street noise is very loud ( trams). There is no one at the reception most of the time even during “ reception working hours “ It could do with a better, more thorough cleaning , e.g the mirror in our room was pretty dirty and the carpet had stains. The hotel didn’t respect the booking.com prize, they said they can charge exact amount only if paid in cash. In the end I had to pay more than what was agreed via booking.com
