Amazing location, very comfortable rooms, air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities. Everything I needed. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. So grateful for the lift! It’s externally installed due to the building’s age so you do have to go up and down a flight of stairs to access it, but that comes with staying in historical buildings. Yes, the walls are thin and you can hear loud door closures/ talking/ movements around your floor and echoing from the stairwell. But it’s easy to manage sound pollution with headphones or sleep music.

The location is ideal to explore the old Town of Prague, with everything in walking distance. The room was pretty and comfortable. More importantly, the staff was very helpful. In particular, Jiri (Jorge) went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed!

Air con in room was fabulous - apparently not all rooms have it, but I can't confirm. Cleanliness and the cleaning service was great. Location was absolutely amazing! We'd booked a balcony room and it was big and had a fridge (it was a mini bar but you could take the stuff out and use the fridge). Shower was great! Staff were mostly disinterested and borderline rude. The staff member at our initial check in was the only one who particularly spoke to us. Generally staff didn't make eye contact when we were coming and going or just muttered hello after we did. We'd booked a balcony room - the balcony itself was tiny there were no chairs outside. We had to keep taking them in and out from our room, but it was still well worth having a balcony! The room had a Nespresso machine which is great for some (and was kept well stocked!), but we like a cuppa! The mugs were teeny - literally espresso mugs and there's no kettle so we survived on very weird mini shots of tea (we'd taken tea bags). Bed only had one pillow each which felt weird and was uncomfortable to sit up in (we probably could have asked for another - but staff attitude didn't make us feel feel happy to do so). No ironing facilities if that's important to you - again, we didn't ask. Other reviews that mentioned the noise are well founded. The doors SLAM shut and use really noisy key locks. We were woken several times every night (stayed for 4 nights) by people in corridors. However we never really heard anything through the walls in the room.
