Hostel Emma is in a historic building, 330 yards from the Vltava River and Karlovo Namesti Tram Stop and Metro Station. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hostel and is free of charge. Rooms at Emma Hostel feature hardwood floors and some offer a view of the quiet streets surrounding the property. A full kitchen with free tea and coffee-making facilities and shared bathrooms are available. In just 3 minutes by foot, guests can see Charles Square and the Dancing House. The National Theater is a 5 minute walk away, while the Charles Bridge can be reached by foot in 10 minutes.

Decent location with a number of eatery options close by. Main train station accessible enough on foot maybe 20 minute walk away. I needed to be out early but check out is 10am so perhaps not most ideal if looking to recharge.

Very clean, nice and simple. When we had to change our check-in window due to transportation delays, the host was accommodating. Location was pretty good, though somewhat far from the main attractions (though nicely situated to the riverfront). The room was very stuffy and the door clanged with the wind. Some kind of weather stripping might easily fix this.

Top location within 1 hour travel with public transport to airport (metro B and bus 100) and walking distance to old town, city center, main attractions, historical places, pubs and shops. The staff were polite, the place is clean, there is well equipped kitchen with all facilities.

Rooms are small and the walls are thin at night at 3:30 girls in another room started talking for almost 2 hours it was very loud. It was very uncomfortable and we could not sleep after a tiring day.

The room is comfortable and it is very quiet so you can rest. The apartment is well located, nearby the dancing building and you can get tram and metro within a 5 minutes walk.

Good value for a single room, the shared bathroom and shower were clean and there were enough for all the guests. Their check-in setup is frustrating as a traveler it isn't always easy to keep a specific check-in time and the manager we were messaging was very curt and stern. The actual check-in attendant was super nice and helpful.

I liked the curtain blocking morning light completely :) the receptionist was super nice and professional. Place needs renovations, especially regarding doors. They're loud itself and not soundproof at all.

And I think it is the good place for the value of the money. The room was very warm and radiator worked well. The hostel is in the third floor and there is no elevator also sometimes you can hear sounds of public transport at night.

i love the location. 1km from old town square and charles bridge. room is huge. the hostel is so homie vibe. heater is not that warm. no luggage storage after your check out time.

Super great place for the price. It felt super safe, was very comfortable, and the staff was super helpful.

The WC wasn't cleaning, and in the second day was really dirt.
