The location is great, close to two metro stations and tram stops, 3 min walk from the National museum. My room was on floor 2. Reception and restaurant on floor 1, breakfast very good. Serving and cleaning ladies are restless, they do not stop at all. It is very clean, the towels were changed every day. There is a kettle with tea/coffee/sugar in the room. There were no sockets next to beds. The window had a strange handle so I did not dare to open it, if it was possible at all - honestly I did not ask. The pillow and bed were too soft for me and the available cover was a quilt, even in August.

Friendly staff, very clean, spacious rooms, quiet hotel despite the central location, great breakfast buffet. Location perfect for exploring and public transport. Would definitely book again if we come back to Prague The pillows/mattress, but this is a personal preference

Quiet location in the heart of Prague, in a luxurious yet affordable hotel. Staff was very friendly and professional, breakfast buffet was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Big sleeping cushions but they are almost everywhere we go.

Nice, large room, very quiet. Great location! Easy walk from train station. Can walk to old town if you know where to go. Nice breakfast included. Very happy they have 24 hour reception since we had to make this an unexpected late night arrival. Also nice they have luggage storage for after check out. Staff very accommodating. Nothing

Very good location A bit scary entrance to the hotel located in some passage with people smoking around. Insects in the bed, old room style.
