Great hotel, great Ukrainian staff. We liked our stay there, thank you

It was such a lucky find! We were looking for a place to stay in Prague after the long drive. All hotels in the city have ridiculously high parking and pet fees. So we chose this one just outside the city and it was a perfect choice. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful forestry area, the staff is super nice and friendly, the food in restaurant was great, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Our dog was very welcomed, which we liked the most ?

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel's location was excellent and convenient. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. The breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel is fine for a one-night stopover if you’re just looking for a place to sleep before continuing your journey. The room was clean, but it felt quite old and there was no air conditioning. When we arrived, the room was very hot and stuffy. Fortunately, the weather was cooler during the night, so opening the windows made it comfortable enough to sleep. We were also assigned a room next to the service elevator, and from around 4:00 AM it became quite noisy due to staff activity. Overall, it’s an acceptable hotel for a short transit stay, but I wouldn’t choose it for a longer visit. No air conditioning, the room was very warm on arrival, and the noise from the service elevator early in the morning made it difficult to sleep.

Good location. Very good breakfast. Availability of parking. It could use a refresh.
-
For parking it hard to find so we have to pay but the price is reasonable
-
Wonderful quiet green area. Restaurant on site. Loved the honor system mini bar. Large comfortable room for family of 5. Super quiet.
-
Parking is tight
-
Good value. Nice buffet breakfast. Noise insulation could be improved.

Everything was OK.

We had an ensuite for disabled people. The shower was in the bathtub, with a frame to attach a hoist. Unfortunately there was no shower curtain, so trying to prevent water from going everywhere was a major issue. Also the restaurant and bar closed with no thought to telling guests. Caught out with no food on the 2nd night of our stay. Hotel was uphill through a wooded area plus, a building site in front of the hotel
-
comfort, accessibility, nice hotel A group of young people were disturbing the peace of the night by running through the corridors, banging on doors with great force, and banging on the door.
-
Very good value. Nice breakfast. Convenient location. Shower heads a bit flimsy. Noise insulation not that good.
-
Good hotel outside of busy area with free parking, perfect breakfast and good location near the metro.
-
While it is not the hotel's fault, the accesibility through the metro line was pretty tedious because it was only through a small park and it was uphill and having to drag your luggage from there is quite unpleasant.
-
Good value with included breakfast
-
Doors thin and loud to shut, hear everything outside in hallway and other doors.
-
The Hotel was close to the metro station, so we was really quickly in the Prague city We had some issues in our room, but we asked receptionist to solve the issues and then everything was fine Breakfast was fine but, every morning there was too much people in the canteen Human approach of the waiters in the Terassa Restaurant = full of arrogance

Nothing . all good ???

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, in a residential area.
