Very disappointing stay at Hotel Noir in Prague Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Noir in Prague left us very disappointed. I would like to start by saying that the hotel staff were very friendly, polite, helpful and available whenever needed. I have absolutely no complaints about the service. Very disappointing stay at Hotel Noir in Prague Unfortunately, the room cleaning was a completely different story. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day the room was barely cleaned at all. The towels were left dirty, the bed was only half made, and the small green pillows that belong on the bed were simply left on the floor. A piece of fabric used as a bed cover was also left on the floor. For a hotel of this standard, I find this completely unacceptable. The breakfast was an even bigger disappointment. It was simply a disaster. The breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests. People were standing around waiting for a place to sit and for food. At around 9:30 a.m., there was no bread left at all, only some rubbery toast. Overall, friendly staff are simply not enough to make up for the poor room cleaning and terrible breakfast experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Hotel Noir and I certainly would not stay here again.

Excellent Location and Great Staff. I booked for a superior quadruple room, i choose the best available option with breakfast and booking.com said it's a 4 star. but I didn't get any feeling of 4 star, It's a 5-6 storey simple building in the middle of 2 other, very near by to National Museum and the staff was very nice both on check-in and check-out but the room had absolutely no view, i was given 2nd floor looking over trees, i was wondering how much should I have paid for a better view or why i was given such a Standard room for booking of Superior room. The sliding doors of toilet almost trapped my fingers and both sliding doors from bathroom and Toilet have no locks, the shower gel was empty but again i was staying for overnight in prague, so i didn't complain, i simply swapped the bottle from sink near handwash as they all were same, the Mini fridge wasn't cooling but i had my own cooler, so i didn't bother to call, the breakfast was ok, not so great for a 4 star hotel. Staff was very friendly they let me park my car even after check-out, location was great, right next to major station IP pavlova and walking distance to National Museum.

Overall a nice hotel, the breakfast is - considering it´s a 4-start hotel, a bit on the sad side. Also: If you book parking there, make sure to ask for measurements. My car would have been the 3rd that would have parked in the garage, but the spots are so tiny, 2 cars bigger than a compact car, and the 3rd slot is unusable.

* Nice and friendly staff * Great location * Very clean and neat rooms with good facilities * Comfortable beds * Air condition in the room * Good breakfast * Overall a nice boutique hotel * We had a room in the attic and could see only sky from the windows. No street view at all. * The room in the attic wasn't very spacious. * No closet or drawers and too little storage facilities in the room. * The elevator stops between the floors and there are some steps to climb with the luggage.

The staff was nice, polite and helpful , we also appreciated the breakfast, and the large bathroom. Good coffee! The AC was necessary (summer) and efficient. We liked the inner garden—a secluded, quiet spot to enjoy a drink, a snack, or just relax and have a good time. It is about the comfort of the room. There were no hangers at the entrance and no wardrobe in the room, just a niche with a clothes rail between the bedroom and the bathroom. The storage space around the washbasin is very small; we used a shelf above the bathtub.

Great, and I mean great brekfasts, variety of food and home made cake - can't imagine better serving Air cond was working but cooling wasn't that efficient. Okay, maybe this was due the last floor location
