On the first night we found two spiders in the room.

Pretty comfortable. Good breakfast. We had the bad luck to be in Prague when a heatwave hit europe. Needless to say, we almost died without AC. The fan in the room it there to die with you. Not the best, not the worst location.

No AC and it was hot. Luckily being on the 4th floor (and there was a lift) I was able to leave the big windows open, and with the fan, it was ok.

Breakfast was poor. There was a problem with the TV connection (the image and the sound were choppy). The room and the bathroom were small. There was no real wardrobe, just a few coat hangers and racks.

In the bathroom it was a smell of smoke / cigarettes.

I will reserve again if I want to travel to Prague.

I asked for a coffee but they said it’s only allowed on breakfast otherwise I have to pay. They don’t have kettle in the room. And the room is pretty small.

Spam you with emails to check in or check out. I got 2-3 per day for multiple days. Very unnecessary. The check in process was also a bit confusing but overall the rest of the stay was fine.

Maybe breakfast can be started earlier than 8 since our flight is too early

The stairs are not comfortable specially for those who have luggage and no one is available for assistance

It was value for money. I didn't like the breakfast; the pictures on the internet do not reflect reality, although it is not that far-fetched, but still. Great room, though.

I stayed for 2 nights and put a Make Up Room sign, but my room was not cleaned and towels were not changed.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, wonderful and clean room. Loved that the third bed wasn’t a sofa bed, lol. Loved the fridge as well. Super easy to get to town as well. Would book again!
