There was a booking system problem and they were overbooked, so they booked a room in another hotel for us. But they did it quite fast, ordered an uber for us and the other hotel was nice too.

very clean. and large room. nothing There is a steep hill beside the hotel.It is tough to walk up and down this hill with a suitcase.But It's not an excuse not to choose this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable room, working ac, quiet, lovely courtyard area. This was a little out of the way from main tourist areas but a short bolt ride to everything. Plenty of local restaurants.

The hotel is nice, clean, good location- verry close to 2 public transport stations, verry professional staff, good breakfast, big rooms. Amazing inner garden where you can spend nice time. It was quite noisy. The windows are not the best quality and some renovations were taking place durring the stay making it hard to sleep early in the morning. Although the courtains were verry good, the entry door was part glass and made it hard to sleep with the outdoor lights.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is well decorated, comfortable The staff were very nice, friendly, and always helpful. The location is convenient, with bus stops close to the hotel. The tram stop is about a 10-minute walk away, although the walk includes going uphill. From there, it takes around 10–15 minutes by tram to reach the city center. The family room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to choose from Everything was ok

nice hotel very well reconstructed a bit noicy from street and I asked twice for iron to get to the room, nobody came with it so it did not arrived even if prommised.
