Absolutely amazing location, literally at the centre of the old town.

There was a receptionist available at all time. Very large room and a bathtub We stayed on the top floor and since there is no lift it was quite a long way up.

Atmosphere and location fabulous and close to centre Shower door wouldnt shut, no daily towel service, fan kept stopping. NO LIFT, OR SUITCASE LIFT. very hard for daughter with pram Also staff locked front door and went off for coffee, had to sit on steps with 8 children in 36 degrees waiting for 15mins until they reopened

Perfect Location within the old town all attractions at walkable distance.. Breakfast Available 24 Hr reception Blackout Curtains Small Bathrooms. Lighting in room not so good. Old building so noises from other rooms Want to wait outside for a while at night because receptionist was not there and front door can be only opened from inside.. Have to pay city tax extra

The room was big and spacious, the hotel was very clean, 24h reception, location wow! They were accommodating of requests. Would generally recommend The stairs ( we were duly informed before hand). The staff could be a tad bit friendlier. An egg as an addition to the breakfast buffet would go a long way.

At midnight, I asked the lady working at the reception, "The second floor is crowded and noisy. My son can't sleep."She looked at me and didn't answer. I told her again. She told me that I'm not responsible. I'll jump. I know what they're doing. You talk to them yourself. But this was a really rude and ill-mannered girl.

Many stairs no lift, staff is not helpful, terrible breakfast, only bread and processed cheese triangle with coffee, no eggs, no natural juice, there's nothing there. Rooms are full of dust. Stay away
