Very very bad Bad service , they take from me 80€ because They say that we smoked but this is not true and they said if we don’t pay they call the police , really bad and never again

Good location and breakfast. Worn out furniture. I requested separate beds and we were given the room with one bed and had to request another which was not very clean with broken window curtains. Very bad impression of the room.

Location of city The shower cabin drain was clogged or not working properly. It was also unusual that the hand soap and shower gel were the same product. In addition, there was a strange smell in the room.

The smell,it was awful.I couldnt sleep cause of foot smell. And kept the Windows open all the night. Pretty dirt hotel room.

We were given a spacious room with a king-size bed and a single bed. The breakfast is good (included in the room rate), and the hotel is centrally located. Very convenient for the Metro and tram. Not applicable.

We loved the staff! They were friendly and super accommodating. Dan went out of his way to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast was very good. Everything was clean and fresh, very enjoyable. There were too many flies inside the hotel. The staff did their best to get of the problem. We appreciated their effort.

The hotel is in good location, near the train station and it is surrounded by restaurants/fast food, it is also near the tram stations, hence it is easy to go around the city. The AC is really good and providing complimentary water is a plus point for me. The breakfast is good as well

The location is great , really good breakfast and staff overal friendly The fridge in the room not working and bit water leak from the aircon you can here the water dripping on the wardrobe and some parts of the carpet are really wet
