Breakfast, staff, close to the tram stop The room is much too small, and the conditioner was barely working.

Some of Staff actually own the hotel and they are incredible. Very friendly and helpful. If you have the windows open, it’s a little loud due to the tram going by till about midnight and then resumes around 7 AM

Great location, excellent breakfast, 24hour check in was available (we arrived at 1 am and it was no problem). It is very close to a train line that woke up my wife a few times. I never heard it, light sleeper thing.

Perfect location.Very good breakfast .The room was spacious.Very food food in the restaurant. The chairs in the restaurant are very hard, could have some cochins.

I liked only the location. Close to everything I dodnt have to take taxi at all. But this is THE ONLY GOOD THING about this hotel. I booked a big room, and they gave me a tiny room that I never saw on pictures. The bed was between two walls - no space to even stand - we had to climb all the way from rhe bottom of the bed.. it was horrible. The table and the space to walk was probably about 1 meter for both of us. Cleaning - they did not provide soap, they did not re-stick toilet paper , I had to buy my own. They do not change sheets - only fix the bed. The did not clean hairs from bathroom .. And I even tipped her. But nothing. Reception ? Horrible. They did not like the fact that I asked many things - when in advance they disappointed me. They said to upgrade room- pay more. Breakfast was- ok. Nice. During day and evening they do not provide free coffee/tea/ water. You need to buy. Also, be ready to face a very rude faces and looks all the time - because they treat you as garbage people. I felt so uncomfortable walking and seeing their unpleasant looks like im hazard. Horrible experience whatsoever. Important: THEY DO NOT PROVIDE SHUTTLE !! Don't fall for it. Their definition on "shuttle" is calling you an Uber and you pay for it. And that's only when leaving hotel - when in airport you get there on your own. I would not recommend, and I will not come back. Horrible hotel , Horrible staff. They act like they do a favor coming to work.

This hotel was great, the breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and nice and very accommodating, it was a little noising from the tram outside but that comes with being in a great location

Was in Prague for a work-related trip, loved the location, the atmosphere, friendly staff. Rooms were large and cozy, breakfast just right.

The long winding stairs to walk up three flights with no elevator was tough each day.

Best location, lovely stay! Great resto in the hotel, and a nice breakfast was enjoyed. I stayed in the single room, shower was really small, and the single bed wasn't the most comfortable . Minor issues.
