Good sized room, great breakfast, nice staff, great and quite location. Nice balcony. No aircon (fine, my bad, I should have checked). No 24h reception, bed was very warm and uncomfy (this is very subjective). I came during a heat wave with 40 degrees celsius so tough luck.

Everything! Nothing!

Everything was great

Very nice place. Clean, classy, great breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Oh it’s just that I had an attic room and couldn’t figure out the air conditioner. It was just fine and most likely my own fault.

Location! 5 minutes to subway, plenty restaurants around, decently quiet not much street noise Clean rooms

Great Breakfast and great location. Hotel was clean. The queen bed was lower to the floor.

- Great location, near Namesti Miru metro station, several trams & convenience stores nearby (one non-stop just across the street) - Good breakfast included, with decent food selection and small variations from one day to another - Very good room size (we did book a Superior Double Room with Balcony) - Incredibly silent room (we could not hear noises from neighbours or outside), well litted, we appreciated those things particularily, very pleasant stay - English, French and (many!) German speaking TV channels - Fridge in the room, spacious dressing, hair dryer available, organic soap - There is a vestibule at the entrance which also helps reducing noise and adds extra space - Room temperature could be modified according to our needs (as it was end March it got chiller at night) - Felt like the room needed extra vacuum use during our stay (it looks like mop is used, but no dust vacuum) - Bed sheets are changed every 3 nights (this is a good point from an environmental's perspective, but some travellers might dislike it)

It was literally the perfect hotel. The room was big and very clean and smelled amazing. Comfortable beds and the breakfast was awesome; it had so many options and they were all so good. The staff were so kind and fun, they really wanted to make sure everything was good with your stay. If I'm ever in Prague, will definitely book with them again! The only thing that was annoying was getting there. The address they give you leads to the middle of the intersection of the street, so after 15 minutes looking for it with our luggage we thought of putting the name of the hotel on Google Maps which then works.

A very last minute booking (minutes before showing up) and a very warm welcome from the lady at the reception. The hotel was recently renovated. Perfectly clean, comfortable, spacious enough. At that time of the year the price (including breakfast) was unbeatable. Prime location (minutes walk from the metro/tram) but the sound isolation works well. We will come back. Nothing

All good.

I rarely give 10's on Booking, cause always is something little bit away from perfect, but this time everything was top notch. Clean, comfortable, with great breakfast and location + luggage storage was free in a secured room till 7PM on the CheckOut day. Money/Value ratio: 10+ Staff is kind and helpfull, so will defintely come back to this hotel when i am back to Prague. Everything was great!

A nice hotel with good location near the Metro station and good choice of restaurants and pubs within the walking distance. Spacious rooms and large bathrooms with big windows for natural light. Comfortable bed for sleeping and table to meet the need for occasional work. Room included a safe and working fridge behind the mirrored closet door - so you can keep your drinks cool that might be very handy during summer travel. A shower was a bit small but still possible to squeeze in.

Great location with plenty of nearby food options. Convenient to public transportation. Very nice breakfast and friendly staff.

There were no tissues in the room or in the bathroom, but the toilet paper was enough

Nothing...great place to stay.

Breakfast excellent No air conditioning
-
Very nice place. I arrived on an extraordinarily hot day, and the room was fresh without having this airconditioning climate. The room had a little terras, and the upper rooms have balconies. The staff was very friendly, breakfast, facilities, equipment and consumables were ok. In front of the hotel is a 24h shop, which gives an assuring feeling when coming home late.

Welcoming staff. Location was convenient A fan in the room

Really enjoyed each matter of the hotel Staff - Very welcoming, helpful, positive and nice persons. Breakfast - Various, including diary free and gluten free options. Room - Clean, spacious, very modern, includes: towels, slippers, cleaning products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hands soap), hairdryer, vanity sets. + coffee/tea and one water bottle - which means a lot. Location - Close to shops, restaurants and public transport for easy access to any part of Prague. Yet very various in terms of opportunities, the area is quiet. Option to store luggage Extra: Really loved the room balcony, with view to the inside garden (also in the garden there is a big table with chairs, really enjoyable to spend some chill time in nature) There is no point that I disliked, everything was great.
