good facilities and breakfast. good location. my room was on the ground floor and when I opened the window the smoke from the hotel yard was coming into the room. and it was too hot to keep the window shut. they shouldn't really allow people to smoke inside the hotel. also they take a deposit and if you slightlt overstay after 11 am will charge you for that too.

Hotel was great - located in a very communicative place near public transport station with easy access to main tourists' atractions. Breakfast was great (variaty of sweet and saulty options). Room was spacious and clean

Everything was amazing! The reception was open from 9am to 9pm everyday and the staff were very helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good, with a variety of choices. The location was great too with a tram stop about 8mins walk away. Highly recommend booking here!

The personnel was great and helpful. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast very good! Take in account that the rooms only have a fan and no air conditioning. Also the neighbourhood seems pretty dangerous at night.

It was close to different shops, restaurants and public transport. Flexible with check-in and check-out. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help. Hotel has a yard with seating options which could be used any time. Breakfast selection was good but would consider offering mugs instead of cups, cups were quite small and machine did not fill up completely. Ways were clearly signed to find your way around. Clear instructions for access provided Staff also offered to store luggage after check-out if wanted. Room could have done with air conditioning since it was quite warm and leaving the windows open meant no sleep at night. Noise from outside nearly all night long. There was no free parking as advertised.

Breakfast and staff was gorgeos. After 9 pm reception and the outer door is closed. Please be informed the pin of outer door. I was almost out first night :). Also bath cabin was not like on the room photos. It was OK but a little disturb.

Clean, spacious rooms, good towels, double door to prevent the noise from the common areas. Very noisy street even at night and impossible to sleep with opened windows :( We struggled every night but we have been told that only rooms for 3-4 people face quite inner yard, how pity
