Definitely not 4 Star hotel vibes. Noisy Karaoke till late night, not emptyed bin in Bathroom, not really quality clean looking beds..

The room was very comfortable, warm, cozy and clean., It was also kept clean everyday which was great. Everything was great, except for the restaurant downstairs which could not serve meals. Clients want to eat there especially during winter since it is very accessible.

Receptionist is need very well come and say hello to guest, specifically this is hotel service it really need it,But we found it doesn’t seem to be well come to customer.

Convenient for travelers with a car. Free parking. It is about 1 km walk to a tram stop that goes you to the center. Some furniture needs replacement.

Everything is great. The smell from the air-conditioner. It felt like a dead rat inside. By the way, still a good choice above all.

Parking was easy, plenty for guests directly outside the hotel entrance. Essentials were there, no major problems, except.... The fridge in our room didn't work. We were on a road trip and were carrying food, which we needed to keep cool. The hotel said they were full that might and couldn't change rooms, and the maintenance guys don't work on weekends so we would have to wait till Monday - two days away - for any help.
