Nosticova Heritage

Absolutely loved my stay here! I requested a specific room & it was well above my expectations! The room was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. The AC saved me during the heatwave and I spent far more time in my room than I was expecting to. Communication was always on point and the keyless entry was a nice touch. Location was perfect. Close enough to town but not in the mix of the chaos. Highly recommend!

The location was so walkable and perfect for our group. The owner was so communicative and very accommodating when trying to work out where to leave our luggage. The interior was so much more spacious and nicer than we expected. 10/10 recommend this stay!

This property was incredible, everything about it was excellent.

I love Petra the manager! I booked 2 rooms for a longer trip for my parents 70th and asked for specific rooms - she delivered 100% and then some! Amazing to have someone like that running the place. It’s a beautiful place. Great location. Beds have mattresses on which you feel every move of your partner - not the best…. The coffee machine downstairs was a very temperamental and needed attention a lot - like filling water or emptying, self cleaning or whatever- and the guests don’t know how, or where to look for help.

Large & comfortable - excellent location . Excellent restaurant/cafe on the ground floor with lovely breakfast (not included in price, but so good & convenient!)

Nice look and feel, clean, smooth checking, on a quiet street bet 8 min walk a way you can be in the business streets. Loved the interior made a great fit with the old city All is im walking distance.

Liked everything

Our honeymoon started off nightmarish with a cancelled flight and arriving to the hotel at 11 PM only to find someone else's things in our room! However, the hotel management and person at the reception of their other hotel close by (it was her first day on the job btw!) did everything to make sure we were settled for that night at a different hotel in the neighborhood. The hotel management apologized profusely, checked many times if we were okay, the woman from the reception was incredibly kind and positive, and she accompanied us around the neighborhood to the other hotel after midnight. We had a lovely conversation with her about Czechia which distracted us from our troubles. Of course, the hotel paid for our other temporary room in cash when we checked in and we were refunded for the night we didn't stay at Nosticova. The next day they found out that the person that was in our room arrived a day late (he booked the wrong dates) but nobody was able to notice because Nosticova doesn't have a reception, and we arrived super late - he was just quicker than us. Simply an unfortunate sequence of events! We were able to check into our room immediately the next day and we had chocolates and champagne waiting for us. The room was utter perfection! The hotel is clean, the towels are frequently replaced, there is a small number of rooms in the building so it's very peaceful, the decor is cosy and stylish, the kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals, there's AC and isolated windows, black-out curtains and fast WiFi. There is a great little food place in the same building and guests of Nosticova get 10% off. On top of that, the location is incredible and we didn't have to use public transport at all, and on our last day we were able to store our luggage at their other hotel with the reception. -

Would have been better if there had been a breakfast option. And although there was a real coffee machine in the lobby, the cups were not kept clean throughout the day, nor water in the machine for coffee. These are minor details but made the difference for me in giving an exceptional rating.

Accessible and very charming. A cleaning cart and rags were left in the hallway for most of our stay. Not a problem for us, just a bit strange.

Check in was super simple and easy. The room was comfy and spacious. The biggest bonus was the PS5 which made me play way too much FIFA. The location was convenient to walk to all the attractions but also quiet and away from the main area. Bathtub was a bit difficult to get in and out of, especially difficult for the taller people in our group.

The check-in process was easy and the neighborhood was great. We especially appreciated the kitchenette separated from the sleeping space. While the room had no view the decor, size and amenities made up for it Nothing

I felt like I had a glamorous studio apartment in the city. Everything I could want was there, every detail was considered. It was beautiful, functional, and comfortable. Absolutely nothing. It was perfect and I would absolutely stay there again and recommend to anyone.

Downstairs there is a very nice bistro for breakfast where the guests of the hotel have a discount and the food is so good. The check in process is comprehensive. It is coordinated by the property as there is no reception. None
