The apartment is big and the location is amazing

The location was great. There were two trolley stops within a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There were tons of eating options nearby. The apartment was very spacious, particularly the main living room. We had a lot of room to spread out. The beds were a little bit on the hard side but tolerable. We had to pay 30 Euros a night for air conditioning. But thank goodness we had it! Otherwise, we would have been miserable. And it was a legit air conditioning, and not an air cooling system that only cools 3 or 4° if you're lucky. Biggest complaint though was the stern lecture I got from the owner. I went down to ask about sheets for my daughter's pull-out bed. This was at 4: 30pm in the afternoon, so not an unreasonable question. I was harshly told to be patient and wait for the cleaning lady to finish and bring the sheets because she was very busy. The extra sheets did not arrive that night or the next day. They did finally show up two days later after my daughter had made a makeshift bed on the couch. Luckily, we did not have any other problems, because I would have felt nervous about asking the owner for anything else.

Air-conditioning supposed to be included. Uppon arrival there was a note that if you want AC pay extra 30 euros per night. This unit was advertised as ac included. This is a typical 2nd or 3rd world scam

Big and spacious, luggage storage, location! Bathroom was very nice and large. The whole unit was very warm for the cold spring weather. Staff were a little ambivalent in attitude but were helpful and thorough nonetheless. Convenient breakfast place, Starbucks is right next door and lots of eateries are nearby and all within walking distance. The tram station and bus stop are also conveniently located right outside the building. The lay out of whole apartment unit was weird. Dining table was in a weird spot. Main bedroom was too big with 2 stained and weird couches positioned in an unusual placement. Only mini fridge, cups and tea spoons was provided; but no microwave, no hand towel or paper towel or anything else for a hotel apartment which is very unusual.

The bathroom and bedrooms were spacious. The room was quiet even though there was a tram stop nearby. The lady who managed the property was helpful. We loved the mural on the wall and appreciated the wardrobe for hanging up clothes. No complaints. We didn’t like that we could smell smoke in our bathroom from others smoking outside. Make sure you book on a nonsmoking floor. We didn’t have a smoke problem until the last day at checkout.

Great location within walking distance of the Castle, Charles Bridge, and Petřín. There’s also a tram stop right in front of the hotel with easy connections to the city center. The room was nice and spacious. I definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious rooms and nice location walking distance to Charles Bridge. The property is located in a not so busy area so less traffic overall. Great coffee shops and restaurants within minutes and convenience store nearby. Would have been lovely to have a small kitchenette area but the mini fridge and kettle was provided in the main room was super helpful and convenient.

Very spacious and comfortable. This year, we rebooked the same hotel, but we were really disappointed for the following reasons: 1- although a bigger apartment was provided, it was completely different than last year’s, not the same quality, very different aesthetics, not worth the value, it felt like two different hotels. 2- no enough utilities were provided. 3- some of the sheets and towels were stained and old. 4- not very clean, some areas were stained. 5- AC is not free of charge, and it was not working in the living room, and wasn’t working properly in two of the rooms (but they gave us for free because the staff couldn’t change our apartment). 6- quality and interior was not up to standard. 7- finally, staff was not welcoming, she didn’t even respond to us saying good morning the day we checked out, she just took the keys and went without a goodbye. Side note: parking is very narrow for bigger/long cars, not easy to park. Wish they maintained the quality and standards in all of the apartments.

The property is located very well in Central Prague and on 8-10m from the Charles River Bridge, a couple of mins from the Petrin hill. The rooms are large with 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The furniture is also comfortable. It is recessed inside, away from the road noise with a Starbucks (just outside) and many restaurants close by. Pls. do visit the Dosa Dosa (South Indian) Restaurant and Memory Restaurant (Asian fusion) which are both a few minutes from the property. In fact, we would recommend partnering with restaurants nearby to offer breakfast/lunch/dinner options/discounts etc. Well, while the stay was comfortable, but, we would like the management to manage a few things better: 1) Consider cleaning the rooms daily or every other day 2) Investigate the smell in the lift and passage areas leading to the apartment 3) Put in a working light just outside the lift. Returning in the night with older guests was a problem and we had to resort to flashlights from our phones 4) Pls. fix the water flow in the washbasin in the large room. It is very frustrating that we have to wait many minutes for the washbasin to clear after every use.

Nice location on the edge of the busy part of town. Beautiful park behind, tram stop within minutes and bakeries/shops/cafes/restaurants on the door step. Adam was super helpful when our flight was diverted and was top at communication. Really spacious apartment and well kept. Only two really small downsides - absolute nitpicking here! 1. The beds were all single and had a ridge around the outside - and so when the double was put together there was a ridge of wood down the middle. 2. A few more bits in the kitchen would have been useful - some more cups, dish sponge, tea towel etc.
