Friendly staff, rooms very clean.Requested extra towels a few days and wasn’t a problem. Excellent location city centre 5 min walk I’ve stayed in comfier beds but it doesn’t bother me too much as long as I can sleep in it

A super location just outside a tram stop which takes you into Prague centre within 10 mins. A nice quiet location, great staff. Spacious accommodation with everything you need as a visitor. Very easy to get to the airport by tram, metro and bus. There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like.

This was a wonderful hotel ,situated in an ideal spot for exploring the city.very clean, very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Hotel was quiet within easy walking distance to see the beautiful sites of Prague. Will definitely come back . Thankyou Roma Hotel. Nothing it was fantastic

The hotel disclosed my room number to a person asking for me OVER EMAIL. The hotel has sent them an email with my room number. When I addressed this with the receptionist, she just looked at me with a face not understanding what the problem is. She did not even apologize. I am a solo female traveler and this is a huge safety hazard!!!

Location is perfect in Mala Strana. The quiet bit, but only 10 mins walk from Charles bridge. Brilliant Thai restaurant nearly opposite. Beds and pillows are absolutely top notch, best sleep for tears, so comfortable. Tram stop immediately outside. Breakfast lovely in large room so no crowding and products regularly replaced. Very noisy at night, there's either a waterfall inside the hotel or an inside football match (I've stated here 4 times, always the same ♂️). We were leaving at 6.30am and on arrival we're told to remind reception staff the night before. Did so, told can't do that. Nice. Also asked them if one of them could pop a postcard in a post box for me. Nope, can't do that either. Really!?
