Location was quite good for the activities I had planned during my stay. Room and breakfast were good. Shower facilities in bathroom could have been better.

I loved this hotel, they were very kind and helpful at the desk and the rooms were so cute! It was such a wonderful stay and it was very walkable to the main parts of Prague!

The staff was friendly and helpful. I lost my jacket on the plane and was headed to the football match. When I checked in, a staff member offered me one of his jackets so I wouldn't be cold at the game. This was a sincere and amazing gesture.

Breakfast was included and good breakfast. The hotel location is very close to all, restaurants, very tasty ice ream shop starting Angeli… , Lennon Wall and other sightseeing spots, etc. A/C was working which is Very Good. The room was not as clean as I expected. The water pot for tea was not cleaned for long time, it looked like that. City rail was running in front of the hotel and the noise was obvious; however, we were so tired and did not hear it because we crashed in to the beds.

Good location The room is too old with very poor furnishing, in our room we couldn’t connect to the wifi and when we raised the issue the answer was that we will restart the router but still for our whole stay we weren’t able to use the internet . The toilet seat is totally uncomfortable , it’s very high from the floor u feel that is very strange and uncomfortable, The breakfast is very poor too. We were very surprised by The hotel condition as before booking we found good reviews but unfortunately it was very disappointing to us.

The location is perfect and it’s a place with great character. I’ve stayed here 4-5 times over the years—will definitely keep coming back. The beds are a little firm and creaky.

The breakfast is very nice. I love the location because the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. I want to thank the staff to show me how to go to a very good currency exchange place which is just two stops away by taking the tram. The public transportation is easy to navigate. The subway station is just a few stops from the hotel. Every day, I took the tram and subway to go wherever I wanted to go. There are good restaurants and convenient stores nearby. I would recommend this hotel to travelers because the room rate including breakfast is very reasonable. None.

The location is the best, you could be anywhere in Prague and still get back to the hotel in 15 minutes. The breakfast is very good, you get fresh scrambled eggs and sausage, crepes, cakes, etc. Everything was delicious. Also, the staff is very kind and helpful! The rooms could get more modern, and the mattress was too firm to our liking. (But this is personal preference.) However, everything was the same as seen on the pictures, you get exactly what you expect.

I liked everything. Feom the location, to the stuff and the general atmosphere of the place. Will totally visit again

Cute hotel on the opposite side of the river from Old town. Has a lift. Terrific free breakfast which turns into an on-site restaurant. Walkable to tram, shops, and dining. Busy bar next door.

good location not far from the old city with many tram lines nearby. nice view to the park. the breakfast was the most basic, if there was an option not to take it, i take the deal without it. the room was very disappointing in every mater, it gave the impression they don't clean it at all, as we enter there was pieces of sort of chips on the floor and 3 bottle of vodka behind the corner of the room. half of the light bulbs was burned, there was more switches then working lights. dispait taking the "Superior Double Room", its only add an small room room with small couch (not comfortable) with small fridge and small cable TV (useless), the only practical use of this room its to get some WIFI because there is no signal in the main bedroom. the main bedroom is spacious but feels empty with all the empty walls, the only pieces of furniture was one chair with small coffee table and a very small "antique" closet. the AC was installed in a strange way that don't add the the room beauty. the shower room was fine if not the cleanness issue. the air vent was all covered in dust, a mold in couple of places, and the worst is the drainage in the bath was clogged, so every time we use it the water start rising.

Breakfast was decent continental food but nothing extra. A little more variety would be nice from day to day. There was a welcome drink in the fridge, and they served champagne on the day of our leaving which was a nice surprise. With open windows the street traffic is quite noisy. (Tram in front of the Hotel, Guests in the restaurants in the ground floor), So we kept the windows mostly closed.

The staff were incredibly kind and professional, the room was cozy, and the location was very centrally located.

The hotel met my expectations in terms of accommodation, breakfast, and location. Although it wasn't excellent, it was a good experience overall. Details in the room: Although the experience was good, adding small touches like a coffee maker and complimentary bottled water could further enhance the stay.

The location of this hotel is great, and the price is good. I felt very comfortable in this hotel. Staff cared well, and stayed in the background. It is a nice breakfast they serve, but nothing spectacular. It seems to be mostly local grocery items. Still very convenient. Not much, it is good to realize the place is a bit older, so there is some wear and tear. But still everything felt clean and the bed was comfortable to me.
