Old town square premium apartments

Location, location. N/a

Location is great. I’ve stayed there 6 times in the past. (Next door). Probably won’t consider them again in the future. Online check in, but if you need staff they were very rude. Electronic PIN would not open the door and I feel the accommodation was a bait and switch. Pictures on Booking.com were not of this unit. 1/17 pictures related to this unit. One bath vs two different bath pics on Booking. Uncomfortable sitting areas and minimal kitchen amenities. No toiletries. One dish soap and one hand soap dispenser. I think they have been riding the coattails of the location, but accommodation is just uncomfortable. Also no air conditioning Almost everything.

The apartment we stayed in was really spacious, very comfortable and clean, with big wardrobes in the two bedrooms and much space for luggage, huge comfortable and clean bad with two entries :). The view from one of the bedrooms was perfect - to Old Town square next to the Astrological clock (Orloj). In our apartment on the second floor the kitchen & table for eating don't have view ant natural light at all (they are just next to the corridor). Maybe we should have requested the apartment on the last floor :) The second bedroom is with a window to a neighbor's terrace and a wall with a little bit noisy air duct (or a kind of air condition), however it was not a problem at all for good sleeping (actually we used it only to sleep at night there with closed window). What was not comfortable for us was the fact that there is no free (or at a good price) parking nearby and that it was not possible at all to stop with a car in-front of the front door even to drop off our luggage (we needed to stop the car at flashing lights at around 50-100m away from the property, someone to stay in the car and the others had to carry the luggage to the property's front door, then one of us to drive to the proposed parking to park the car there and turn back to the apartment which was 20min walking).

The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak, and the hot water wasn’t enough even for one person to take a shower. There was also no way to heat the water manually because the system operated automatically on electricity. It also took about an hour for the water to heat up again.

Is it's located in the center – it's getting very noisy at night, where drunk people shouting songs and etc. Parking is hard to find and expensive.

Stunning view over Vanocny! Everything as pictured and described. Great stay. Thank you. Small issue: as pictured, bottom floor of loft was multilevel due to old rafters framing. Reasonable tradeoff for a rustic flat in an amazing location.

The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. Guests are required to manually input all their personal information into a website that barely functions — we had to repeat the process several times due to constant crashes. A €400 deposit is charged for insurance, which is understandable, but holding this amount for an entire week after check-out is excessive and unjustified. Luggage storage is not available on-site. Instead, you are sent to an external location where you must pay again just to leave your bags for a few hours — something that should be included in the service. Upon arrival at 5 PM, the apartment was still being cleaned. Basic amenities were missing: there was no water, no coffee, and no bathroom products such as shampoo or soap. The apartment also faces a noisy square, making it difficult to rest at night. Overall, the experience was disappointing, with little attention to guest comfort or convenience.

Fabulous location. Clean and spacious. No shower gel or shampoo. Some coffee pods would have been welcome.

Great location. Great view! Central to everything. They do have an elevator as advertised but I missed the fine print that it only went to the third floor and you have to walk up the curved staircase to the attic. The unit is unique with a bit of an awkward layout. Open loft bedroom up top, open alcove to kitchen with queen bed and two twin beds behind couch in living room. No privacy. Two things that would have made a difference would be a place to hang up your clothes. There was only a coat rack which was used for our winter coats. Should put a closet bar above washer with hangers to at least hang some clothes. Beds are very firm so I ended up sleeping on the coach. Ice cube trays would also have been convenient.

Our main purpose for the visit that this time of year was to visit the Christmas markets... and we were very spoilt by the location of this apartment, and the view of the markets from our windows was AMAZING!. A simple coffee machine, such as a Nespresso pod system would have made the experience with out fault. Unfortunately the drip machine on offer is simply not practical for short stays where exploring is the priority and an early morning coffee is part of the normal routine.

The attic apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Had all mod cons, and of course amazing location on the square and a perfect view. Beds were comfortable and the mezzanine was a unique design. We only stayed in prague city for one evening and flew out early in yhe morning. Having to go to reception in a different location to the apartment to collect and drop the key was very inconvenient.

Amazing location right at the main square, you can literally walk everywhere. Beautiful view from the windows overlooking the cathedral. The apartment was very spacious and very clean. Staff was very helpful and responsive every time we needed help. The check in - check out is made in a different location than the apartment and that can be annoying if you are carrying heavy luggage! They offer luggage storage on payment at a nearby hotel but it was actually just the restaurant area of their lobby where they left all the luggage, honestly it felt like a rip off having to pay for that. The day we arrived we were given the wrong keys of the apartment which made us pretty angry considering how tired we were and the fact that we had to wait for their technician to bring us the new pair of keys. On top of that same day we had an issue with the shower as it didn't work properly!

Great location, near the astronomical clock. Nice view from the window, balcony. It can easily accommodate a group o friends. Apartment has everything you need.
