Clean and quiet Nothing

Perfect location, in the city center, couple of steps from Prague astronomical clock, very clean spacious rooms, quiet in the night A bit old fashioned rooms but very clean, TV has only german channels, no electric kettle in the room

Location superb. Quiet and peaceful. Kitchenette definitely a plus. Little to no staff present.None on weekend. Almost no English spoken. Breakfast minimal.

Loved the location and ease of access to the rooms. The room is quite basic but definitely value for price. Check in was seamless and could be done at any time. Bag storage facilities was also a big plus. I didn't know there was breakfast included so missed out on both days. I did put up a do not disturb sign but there was evidence of people having been in my room. One day I came back to find crumbs on the floor when there weren't any when I left.

The breakfast and the people who was serving the food was rude , and not friendly , except the admin staff was nice and genuine.

Location is the best

The carpet in the room was not clean and triggered my allergies.

Like others have said, the bed wasn't the greatest. Not uncomfortable by any means, but a better mattress would have made this an easy 10.

Breakfast is a bit weak but the people are quite nice and welcoming.

Absolutely brilliant location, historic yet cosy furnishing and spacious room. We appreciated the free coffee and tea offer in the lobby. Super fast check in and out. Breakfast was served nearby at a cafeteria, so we had to walk outside with the jacket - we did not mind, cause the weather was ok. Still, it would be less pleasant if rainy.

Really was amazing, The hotel is close to all places, you do not need any kind of transportation. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, the bed is very small. The breakfast was very poor and the varieties were very few (for a great hotel)

The location was absolutely amazing !!! It is a self check in and all but what we didn’t have in mind is that we will have no one to contact in case of need. For example, we had a problem and didn’t have hot water in the shower and we tried to reach the property in the messenger of booking because we had no other way though, they didn’t responded. Eventually we took that shower in cold water and until the next day it was fixed somehow. Also the “double bed” isn’t a double bed ! Those are two mattresses with a pretty big gap in between, which was really annoying for a couple. In addition, the heating in this apartment is not really good (it’s not AC system but radiator around the house). Above all that, the staff don’t know English AT ALL, we only saw staff during breakfast and they had hard time understanding even the number of our room and kept talking to us in Ceczh.

Location! The self Check in process was easy, we were met by friendly staff. We Booked a family suite which was huge, clean,& quiet, the shower room was separate from the toilet, the breakfast was decent, special mention to the staff at the cafe very friendly and efficient.There was no electric kettle in the room but we could borrow it from the kitchenette located near the reception. The wooden floor was noisy when you walk on it, the room needs more lighting, the bed definitely needs to be firm mattress,not foam, it was very uncomfortable.
