Unfortunately, there was nothing about this property that met our expectations. The room was uncomfortably hot due to the lack of air conditioning during a heat wave; cleanliness was unacceptable; the beds were uncomfortable; and the bathroom was extremely small and poorly maintained. Although the hotel ultimately refunded our stay, I cannot honestly say there was anything I liked about the overall experience. Although the hotel manager ultimately refunded our stay, I feel it's important to share my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. The biggest issue was the complete lack of air conditioning during a heat wave of around 32°C (90°F). The room was unbearably hot, and the refrigerator generated additional heat, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Cleanliness was also unacceptable. After changing rooms, we found a dirty toilet that had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom was tiny, poorly lit, and poorly maintained. The beds were narrow and uncomfortable, the carpet was stained, and the hallways had an unpleasant odor. I booked this hotel based on its high Booking.com rating, but in my opinion, the property did not reflect the quality or standards represented in the listing. I appreciate the refund, but I believe future guests deserve an accurate picture of what to expect, especially during the summer months.

Quiet rooms, good location for walking. Friendly staff. When booking states there is parking but fails to mention that it's almost 5-10 minute walk from the hotel which is not convenient for luggage. Also claims when booking that it had a restaurant when infact all they offer is 'free tapas' throughout the day with no restaurant in sight.

Location. Staff. Breakfast. I think that is the only 4**** hotel which does not have air conditioning. Imagine yourself sleeping in a non-conditioned room when temperature outside during a daytime outside +38°C.

Location was perfect. Close to Karl bridge. Center. Room was really terrible and old style like from communist days. No air condition in summer when was 35 degrees. When I complain they upgraded me to higher class room. This was better but still no air condition so in summer its super hot there. Parking far away from location with added drive of around 15 min and walking back to hotel around 5 min.

All of the room we stayed for the night is perfect . The location is amazing, we are thinking of booking again. Thank you for the very lovely facilities. None. The property is absolutely amazing . And please your late check in, i thought we will sleep outside the hotel BECAUSE NO ONE OPEN THE MAIN DOOR! luckily there 2 guest who came from their dinner out and let us in. Then we got the keys and they were not program we went down 3x to try log in and check in the monitor in the reception bug it is not working it was flickering/ glitching so i dont know how we pay or what! It is my husbands birthday and i was embarrassed. The thing we are not liking is the staff saying 2 bottles of water was taken but we only drank 1 bottle of orange juice for mg husband’s medicine and 1 bottle of water for me. I bought the 1 juice and 1 water down to the reception to pay.
