The hotel was very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The room was clean, and I had no issues with cleanliness during my stay. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. My only criticism would be the breakfast. I booked a rate including breakfast, but in my opinion, it was not quite good enough for the price. There are several cafés nearby where you can probably have a better breakfast for less.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Manes. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful, and even gave us a map and recommendations about the surrounding area when we arrived. We were also offered a drink upon arrival, and received a lovely little goodie bag with sweets when we checked out. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent as well, with plenty of restaurants and breakfast options within easy walking distance. The only minor inconvenience was that getting a taxi or Bolt directly in front of the hotel could be a little difficult, as the hotel is located right along the main road. However, this was not a major issue for us as we walked to most places during our stay. After a couple of days, we noticed an unusual smell in the room and informed the reception. They followed up on it immediately, and the issue had been completely resolved by the time we returned from our outing.

Way above expectation! Olga at the reception is a gem in terms of her communication, engagement, warmth and care. My request for a room that was suited to our needs was met with all aspects considered. Clean, tidy and beautiful decor. Breakfast was great and offered a good range. Nothing.

Location, facilities and staff If I have to mention a negative point I’d say the stairs between the street level and the landing where the lift is located. It’s really that good a hotel that a few steps are the only negative aspect
