The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. It was a little warm in our room and we couldn't keep the windows open because it was raining. The fan was helpful. Would stay here again! No air conditioning. Another fan would have been helpful.

I liked that the parking was free. It seemed a peaceful place to stay. Unfortunately we weren’t able to spend the night, it was so hot (37 degrees) and didn’t have air conditioning available in any room at this 4 star hotel. We left to find another hotel , thank God there was a room for us at the Mariott Bonvoy. I was dissapointed and they didn’t even offered to give us at least half of the money back.

Outdated and very strong smell of carpet deodorizer. If its that strong its hiding something unpleasant. The deodorizer was very over powering and unpleasant.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms and a good breakfast. Very helpful staff at the reception. Car parking available. Quiet location with supermarket and bus stop nearby. Direct bus with 10 minutes travel time to metro station. Cabs easily available. Good for stay with family. Value for money.

Location was good. Not in the city, just a tram and bus stop away or an uber which was just a couple of quid. The decor was a little out dated. Simply removing the carpet and putting tiles or LVT would of been much nicer. I'd also remove the yellow paint and freshen it up with white paint and it could be perfecto.

Spacious clean rooms. Great breakfast. Easy and comfortable parking. Close proximity to public transport. Super helpful and courteous staff, esp Elrich (I hope I got the name right). The last mile connection to the hotel was a bus, the frequency of which was not great in the evening. So, coming back to the hotel was a bit time-consuming. Also, the beds could have been just a little more comfortable.
