Location, if you need to stay in the area, nice lady on the reception. All clean. I needed to stay in the area. I travel a lot and while I understood the accomodation will be basic, the value for money ratio is just ridiculous here. Prague is crazy expensive in general, but paying so much for a bed of low quality and one tiny plastic table seems simply wrong....

Convenient location next to the metro station Ládvi. Clean facilities. The blanket was a bit too thin, but I got an extra one easily the next day.
