Location Everything else. It was terrible.

The location was very good, close to a metro station with nice shops and tram stops with good connection to city center. You can also walk to the city center and the riverside, The appartment included a brand new washer machine (4kg capacity) that is quite handy. The air conditioning functioned perfectly This is not a 4 star hotel. It can only be labelled as 2. The appartment was dated, the furniture not in good shape. The towels were frayed and when we requested extra (pillows and bigger towels) were not given any as they didn't have. The linen had seen better days. They never changed the towels or clean up the room (just emptied the trash). Several outlets were not working and they actually look like a safety hazard. There were no curtains on the kitchen, so the heat was unbearable on that part of the appartment, making it impossible to use it. Overall, if it had been advertised as a 2 start simple hotel, I would not complain. But it says 4 starts and the price while not ultra expensive, is more than what a 2 star should cost. I most definitely encourage people to find another option to stay.
