Clean and near the bus station. The reception staff are pleasant and cooperative. I could save my luggage before check in and after check out The single room doesn't have fridge and only accessible by stairs The amenities are very limited, you get one bottle of water only for the entire stay, and bathroom has towels and shower gel only. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible

It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable. Aircon worked great and beautiful rooms. Location was quite far out of old town but easily walkable.

The location was very convenient, with the city center within walking distance and a metro station nearby. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. Breakfast was good and offered some variety, so it wasn’t exactly the same every day.

Clean and quiet room, friendly staff, very good location Nothing

Staff was very nice and friendly. It also had lift which is very good if you tired and have lots of luggage you don't want to use stairs. I had to pay extra 2 euro on reception after paying for booking directly on booking.com if am paying for something there shouldn't be any unexpected changes to the cost. Also sausages was mini hot dogs I personally don't mind but other people did.

The hotel was lovely and the location was perfect for us. Bars , food places , shops and the subway all within close proximity made our stay everything we needed it to be. I would definitely recommend it. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that but if the rest of the hotel was anything to go by I'm sure that would be great too. If I had to be picky the beds were a little on the hard side (personal taste i suppose) and maybe some sugar and milk with the complimentary tea and coffee in the room wouldn't go amiss. These are minor details though .

Great location, next to a metro station and bus station. Short walk into the old town. Clean and modern hotel. Good breakfast and reasonably priced for a hotel. Room was lovely. Comfortable beds. Nice shower. No bar. Would have been nice to sit downstairs for an evening drink before going to the room. Very basic coffee making facilities in the room: would have been nice to have a coffee machine.

The only real positive was the excellent connectivity, with bus, tram, and metro stations all within a short walk. Unfortunately, this was the only hotel we stayed at during our trip, and it ended up being our least enjoyable experience. The room lacked basic toiletries, the service wasn’t very accommodating, and even a simple request for fresh drinking glasses was declined, which was disappointing. The surrounding neighborhood also lacked the charm and atmosphere we had experienced in other parts of Prague, so it wasn’t the best way to end an otherwise wonderful trip.
