It was close to public transportation It was really hard to find staff members after check-in. The entrance to the hotel is through the parking lot and then you can just go straight to your room as the reception door has ALWAYS been locked. Needed to ask for hairdryer and password for wifi and couldn't manage to find anybody from reception. Luckily I met a housekeeper, some kind of miracle. Last day I was there, Sunday, breakfast was supposed to be served at 8am but I guess that the guy woke up late as he started opening at 8:40. At that time anyway I had to leave (so I couldn't even have the last breakfast that I paid for), but also leaving was challenging because the gate was locked. I had to call them so that after 10 minutes finally they let me go. Luckily I didn't miss my train but I had to run. The young guy apologized, which I appreciate of course, but it was really stressful for me. PS bed was really, really uncomfortable.

The staff, especially Jan was amazing. He’s super friendly and helpful. The hotel building is a typical authentic 60s-70s style hotel which I loved. Thanks! I definitely recommend The beds were a bit hard and uncomfortable but nothing else was a problem.

Whole experience was wonderful: - very friendly receptionist who is the owner of the property as well - location (well-connected to the city center by tram) - facilities and interior of the property - flexible check-in and check-out system

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient. The host was absolutely wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and attentive. Felt very welcome throughout the entire stay. Nothing to complain about — everything was perfect.

Cozy atmosphere, well connected through public transport. Nice breakfast, and even though there weren't many vegan options, the host was very kind and offered to get us some vegan products for our next breakfast. We felt very welcome :) Our room was a bit dusty, but only on higher surfaces. The rest was fine and clean and we felt comfortable.

Breakfast only. Picked this location for it is closeness to the O2 arena Incredibly dirty, sheets were used and full of body hair. Spider webs in the kitchenette. Overall disgusting.

It's a little way away from the city centre, but close to the tram stop. Also was worried it's gonna be noisy, since my room faced the street, but it was okay. The room was also quite spacious. The room had a kitchenette with a sink and fridge, but it would be nice if there was a kettle or mini stove too so you could make yourself tea/coffee.

Good location. There is paid parking in the hotel courtyard. A tram stop is nearby, making it quick and easy to get to the city center.

Very kindful Manager. Breakfast was deliceaous. 5 Minutes to the next Tramway station

Structure is older than in the photos. Old fitted carped with some stains. Super basic furniture.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast had everything you need. Private parking.

Super nice staff, excellent English speaking. Delicious breakfast and heartwarming efforts. Convenient location for sightseeing in Prague and for concerts at the airport. Because to the hot weather outside, the room was terribly stuffy and it was difficult to sleep at night, and when the windows were open, the noise from the street was disturbing. Fortunately, there was a fan available.
