The location, the staff - helpfull and friendly, clean rooms, close to the trams etc. We stayed here last year and came back. The safe would be handy, otherwise no problem.

Room was good value for money The position was pretty comfortable coming from the airport (and go back) Tea and coffee services were alright The free WiFi is almost useless, you can barely load websites. Disappointing. I had two small separated beds which made no sense for one person.

Very clean, tidy, and spacious room. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. The accommodation is located right next to a metro station, making transport very convenient. There are also several convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The double bed was essentially two single beds pushed together, which was not ideal. The curtains were too narrow and did not fully cover the window. I was provided with a fan because it was hot, but unfortunately it was not very effective as it was quite weak.

Immaculately clean, good air conditions and fantastic customer service. I made an error in my booking and they were able to change my room immediately.

The hotel room is spacious and the location isn’t too far from the city center and tourist attractions. The room I was first put in was too noisy. The lack of sleep (because of noise from the trams and the hotel in general) on my first few days ruined my holiday. Having to pay for ironing my close was an annoyance and inconveniencing.

Nothing to say My 6-night stay ruined entirely by the front desk. The receptionist was extraordinarily rude, hostile, and provocative every day of my stay. I don't know how management tolerates this behavior from customer-facing staff, but it completely ruined any potential positive aspects of the hotel.

Very comfortable, good restaurants nearby, easy access to transit. Very modern and new feeling, quite spacious rooms. Breakfast was just okay.
