We liked the location and everything except for the bathtub. It was difficult to take shower in a tub and wash our hair. Installing a shower instead of a bathtub would make this facility 8/10 and having some additional kitchen supplies would help too. The mattress was difficult after two days and could use another layer of softness. I would stay again if these basic improvements were made. THank you.

The location was pretty good for driving as well as using public transport. The area si quiet and the house being little older help with being cooler during hot summer. Ventilator was a nice thing to have there. The beds were extermely uncomfortable. It was old thin foam which felt like sleeping on the bed slats. The beds in the kitchen were even worse, my back was broken after 4 nights stay. The curtains in the kitchen were too small so unless you don't mind sleeping with a light (day light and street light) on it's very hard, especially in the summer. The free parking advertised is not at the property, it is public parking near by IF there is space. This is not what I understand under free parking. Lastly the bathroom in the photos must've been from a different apartment, ours had a half bath instead of a shower which is not practically to take a shower in.

Good price, have public park options which is good. have a relaxing view. Kitchen was dirty and had strong greasy odor. To remove odor i had to clean kitchen myself otherwise no one can sleep in the room. There is a smell in bathroom due to old plumbing but it has a solution. so its OK. 4th floor, no elevator, narrow stairs. Think again if you have big heavy luggages. All three beds need replacement, they are noisy and uncomfortable.

It is in 4th floor without lift. I don’t know if it was written somewhere but I was not aware and I felt bad for my parents to go through the stairs.

Very nice little apartment furnished with everything you need in a quiet convenient location close to transit. (The walk from the Metro line uphill is a bit of a challenge if you have heavy bags. There are also buses that get you closer.) Also close to supermarkets and a mall. A great value.

Apartment had everything that we needed (even more - for example iron in the wardrobe or washing machine in the bathroom), the kitchenette was well equipped for breakfast or lunch (cooking dinner would be more complicated). Good for city breaks: 2-3 nights, not so far from city centre and sightseeing locations (5-6 tram or bus stops). The apartements are located on a hill - so if you dont like to go uphill for 400-500 meters it's better to take a bus to nearby street.

The room was fine overall, with a great location and warm during the winter. There is a bus stop nearby, which is very convenient. A big plus is the availability of free parking for the car. We didn’t use the garden, so I can’t comment on that. As a suggestion, it would be nice to have shower gel provided.

The garden has no lighting, it was reserved for five people, unfortunately they did not provide blankets, pillows, and mattresses for the fifth person. The kitchen utensils, such as the kitchen knife and other utensils, the gas oven, etc. were not good. We got a room on the 4th floor when I had my old parents and my infant travelling with us.

All the facilities
