The man who was working at check-in was a bit unpleasant. I tried to make some kind of connection with him, but he wasn’t friendly at all, which left me with quite a negative impression. The man working the night shift, on the other hand, was very nice, and honestly, he’s the only reason I’m giving this rating.

Great Just no AC, so heat wave can be rough. Check the weather before booking. Other than, nothing to complain.

The hotel, the staff, the breakfast everything was nice. A standard hotel where all the necessary amenities are provided. Nothing exceptional but clean and fine. The mattresses gave me very bad back pain. Maybe that needs to be changed. Apart from that it was fine.

- The double room was nice - The staff were okay - Good access to public transport - Breakfast options were not great - There was no labels on the breakfast food - Lift is old fashioned and did not feel safe to use at times - WIFI was flaky - Access to the hotel via the stairs were not safe to use at times - No body wash in the bathroom - There was a kettle but no tea sachets or cups

Simple, has all the necessary to be comfortable. Enough room to move, beds comfortable enough. Good quality for the money WiFi didn’t connect to my Mac, but might be my own problem. No AC unit, only a fan. No body wash, only shampoo provided.

Basically it’s a value for money hotel in a nice area, easy by public transport Not the hotel, but from the local tram Drinopol, it’s up 79 steps. If travelling with heavy luggage, use the 191 from the airport to Rozynova, or if on tram, get off at Marjanka, uphill, but a lot easier than steps.

Quiet neighbourhood, good breakfast. There was no hot water in the shower, the room was not airconditioned. No fridge or kettle.

The location was perfect, breakfast was decent and the rooms were just as good. Everything was ok.
